hi guys am new here but I just have switched my galaxy nexus on and the 4.2 update was ready to install. As soon as I installed it I started having the same problem as I have on my nexus 4, and that is they both get hot when browsing or watching YouTube. I never had this on my gnex before the update to 4.2. I think its a problem with 4.2. Anyway else noticed this?

Loving the n4 however having issues with 4.2
Wife has a nexus 7 which had 0 issues with WiFi and Bluetooth before the update and now has issues with both. My nexus 4 is having the very same issues as well now.
I wish I made a nandroid when I first got the phone but of course I was too eager right away and updated. I searched for 4.1.2 but have had no luck.
Anyone else know?

i think it came with a prerelease software of 4.2... i don't think we ever had 4.1.2.. not sure didn't check before ota..
You had no luck because the device never had 4.1.2 to begin with.

Anyone else noticing an issue where they wake the screen and there's a notification that your Google account failed to connect? I'm seeing this on both my N10 and Gnex. Maybe it's a 4.2 issue?

Yeah, I reauthenticated and it reconnected. Seemed like a Google server down-time or something.

Same here on 2 Galaxy S3's a Galaxy Tab my Nexus and a Zoom. Must be a Google issue.

One X, Tab 8.9, Galaxy Note, Nexus 7, and Nexus 10 all having this issue for the last couple days.
Actually glad to see it's widespread in a way, had me a little paranoid.

Same here both nexii 10 and 4 have the issue. Actually the other night my desktop dropped connection for a few minutes.
I want to hear all your problem and is there any issue about the latest gen and the latest model number, do you guys still having problems such as multitouch, lagging. Or any hardware problem and also the gps thing?
And do you guys know what is the latest model type that any kind of retail store has for nexus 7 and also from google site?
Seems the most problem for nexus 7 is still coming from JSS15Q, am i right?

Its a wrong forum, but I've never had this multi touch problem on my 2013 n7, i guess it's a hardware problem, and yes jss15q is the latest!, you should do a replacement

I'm still getting that erratic touchscreen issue with the grouper since kit Kat came about. I hate the thought of downgrading to jelly bean again to fix it.... if that fixes it.
Was running cyanogen mod for a while and was hitting it slot but recently tried xenon hd with the same issue.
Driving me nuts!!!!

What touchscreen issue are you talking about? Got my Nexus 7 a few days ago and haven't noticed anything out of ordinary.
Hi and sorry if this has already been posted before or if this is in the wrong section but this has been annoying me a lot lately. I have a Nexus 4 and a Nexus 7 along with a Galaxy Note 2. When I use NFC between my N7 and Note 2, they work perfectly without any issues what soever. But when I try and use NFC on my N4 with either my N7 or Note, nothing happens. Nothing at all. The N4 doesn't read those devices and they don't read it. Can anyone help me out with this?
