Depends on what it is, if it's GNex specific then no but if it's only related to the 4.2 then maybe.
Do a nandroid, flash, and try.

Yeah their names are mako. Use zedomax's guide very easy & he's the best

They are all exactly the same phone, SW and HW wise, and are identical with the Playstore one. Isn't it nice?

yes only google and tmobile are carrying the only ones carrying the nexus 4...ATT does not...i think the bootloadee needs to be unlocked after u root u can flasha permanent recovery with goo manager free in the google play store

No, because the Nexus S is a "Google device". It doesn't come with Samsung bloat, just straight Android. I believe there's a port of some sort somewhere in the dev section, however.

Tell me one. None ICS rom I have heard for Nexus 7.
There were at least one or two xda users that reported purchasing Nexus 7s with an ASUS developer build of ICS instead of the stock Google JB firmware. I don't think any of those users were able to successfully pull the ICS build off the device though.

Now the reason I wanna downgrade is because I have a nyko play pad pro that will not work with my tab Cruz its on jelly bean...so I figured if I can downgrade to ICS I'll be able to use it..

I'll totally try it. Nothings been faster than rascarlo builds for a while to be truthful so I'd love to see someone dethrone him of that. Honestly phones so old now I'm happy to see any work being done....ICS days was rediculous

The new build that you uploaded has no boot only black screen no logo. Tried with cm kernel without kernel and with stock kernel no boot.
