Looking for a business partner.

Okay, I have been software/computer guy since the 80's. I have a pretty good knowledge of most operating systems and how they function etc. Most all the learning that I have done has been through countless hours of woodshedding.
I worked for 16 years as a tech in a local business, that in January of 2009, closed for good. This past year, I have been developing a portfolio as a photographer.
So now I need to start making some money at it.
Here is what I am looking to do.
I would like to turn my HDRI photos into wallpapers, both live and dead for the Android Market. I need a developer to write a small app that represents my wallpapers in the wallpaper applet on the Droid. I want to make the collection live, so that I can "serve" new wallpapers as updates through my website.
For example, user buys the wallpaper apk from the market, it includes a live gallery from my website. Basically a lifetime of free high quality, HDRI wallpapers. The app needs to be able to read tags from the site and categorize the wallpapers into groups based on subject matter.

Wow those photos are amazing. what type of camera do you use? my gf wants to be a photographer , and my thoughts are best to learn with good equipment lol

I use Sony/Minolta. Best advice for a new photographer is not to worry about megapixels or bodies. Its the glass that makes the camera. Get the best lenses you can afford and that you can upgrade bodies if you need more features down the road. Don't skimp on the lenses.

Small Photo App Idea (w/ a twist). Need help!

Hello. I have an idea for an app but unfortunately have no time/idea how to write code ect. Knowing that this is the only place to find good info on android development I went straight to this forum.
Basically I need help building an apk that will allow you to frame a picture from your camera with different templates(animals, celebs, ect.) as well as add different effects to it (stretch, skew ect.) I know that this sounds fairly common and there are several apps that do this already (placeface?), but my idea has a simple twist.
With all the news lately about people getting into trouble over lude cellphone pics(favre,(R)weiner,kanye to name a few), why not capitalize off of it? My idea is to take a simple photo app but gear it to the invetible "**** pic" capturer. Yes, a **** pic app! With this app you should be able to take a picture of your junk and frame it like an elephant, girraffe, or place your own member on someone elses frame. Am I the only one who thinks this would be hilarious??

Hey guys. I know how hard it is to get users and reviews for our Apps. Been there 3 times. Wanted to share my 1 cent, it may help someone here. I got around 100 free installs and reviews for my Android App using this service called install4install.com. The concept is simple. You install and review other developers Apps and they do the same for you. Plus, you can get demographics/comments/suggestions/bug reports as well that you can use to solidify your app further. What do you guys think? :laugh:

How many apps did you install and review yourself?
Did you get all 5s? Did you give all 5s? I am just asking just to understand the community, as if it is too "generous" it may be seen by Google as dishonest promotion. I would prefer some true 4s here and there than all artificial 5s.

Its at pure will of the users. If they like your App, they may give 5 or 4. I got 3's as well. I personally reviewed quite a lot and still do it to get points. Try it, its awesome!!

Looks interesting. It may be useful for new apps. For apps already with hundreds of reviews, I think it's not the effort.

Pretty interesting concept, but is it truly scalable? Also, wondering what kind of users (quality or not) will be the ones installing your app..

Dude I've just found your Chanel yesterday by "accident" looking for some good cases on YouTube. MAN hands down, one of the best tech channels out there! Not a lot of people do high end and Huawei, Xiaomi, etc.. reviews! Also other tech, nice to have someone like that on YouTube tech field.

Great video. Tempted greatly by the Mate 9 Pro, but I'll wait until we get more info on the P10 specs. At the moment the camera on that looks like a step backwards.
