Serious ;D
My cousin has one x and that phone detects touch below screen, on capacitive (non on-screen buttouns), like you can scroll maps and other things even if you go on area below screen. Like this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1806590
Also, maybe my poor english disoriented you ?
I really hope that was just a troll question. If you really don't even know that much, then please don't buy the device, for our sake.
The One X only does that through use of the capacitive buttons.

...it's actually a pretty legitimate question guys. The palm (pre i think?) had this. It was an area below the screen where you could make gestures to control the phone.
To answer your question, no, the N4 does not have this. It would be cool if it did though. You could completely get rid of the onscreen buttons, have the whole screen to use, and use the gesture area below the screen to control the phone.
Maybe on the next nexus...

Yes you are right its a video and you have to practice to make people believe.
Grtzzzz
well not like this app is important to copy..BUT
if we did have the video.... we can make it so that
1) when it starts out...the video can resume everytime its tapped on (thus seperating the lines)
2) then when it comes to snorting it....the tube will work as a touch screen swiping away the goods....
so this will be better than the iphone.....
but seriously......it'll be a dumb app!!!
Is there any way to get the notification bar from the mytouch slide? I dont want to use an entire slide rom, because the phone program speed isn't good enough, by the time the screen is up to answer it, the call is missed.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi guys
I have a problem, is it possible to make the vibration stronger when I receive call/text. I looked around and google it and it seems that a lot android users had the same problem. Most of the apps is crap (how to shake your phone to vibrate)
So does any of you know the solution, please? ?
Solution? It is a characteristic, not a problem. It isn't really an Android "issue" either. It is more hardware related. The vibration motor in most SE phones is quite small, the one in most HTCs is larger, for instance. You CAN change the duration and pulse pattern of the vibration effect, but it doesn't really do much. Apart from drain the battery more in the case of duration extension...
Not really sure why you need a pneumatic drill in your pocket though...
For the love of Hugh Jackman,
your thread title has a [Q] in front, why is it not in Q&A section???

So I have never had a nexus device or used one with the on screen buttons but I have one question. Is there a rom to change the size of those buttons? They just look excessively large. Half the size would be nice.

Paraoid android, Your able to customize the on-screen buttons with it. There's also AOKP if your interested
Custom ROM's usually change that yes... or learn to tweak it yourself.... and then teach me.
Do you have any screen shots of the buttons made smaller?

This wasn't demonstrated on a Nexus 4, but just to show you that it's possible (using AOKP, I also marked everything you need to know in red.):

The band is easily visible. It explains my problem. The rest of the touchscreen works fine.
Only noticed over the past week or so that typing on the keyboard in certain spots while in landscape causes two keys to always be hit instead of one.
I remember reading a thread earlier were people had many problems with the touchscreen. Should I ask the warranty service for an s4 or 2013 moto x instead? I don't want this happening again.
Edit:
Them seems to explain it PERFECTLY:

I've had this issue happen to two LG G2s, if you look at the dead band it seems to line up perfectly with the power button on the back of the phone. It seems to me that pressing the power button is putting force on the digitizer from the back and 'killing' that section of the touchscreen. I've swapped the entire internals of a phone to a new digitizer that did not exhibit the issues so I don't see how it could be software related.
