Before 2 days suddenly my 3g stopped working.
I tought it will be rom problem. I flashed Quarx's newst rom but it also didnt worked.
Now i use only wifi.
I went into the settings using the USSD code '*#*#4636#*#*' and went into phone information. When I click 'Run ping test' it fails with the errors:
Ping IpAddr: Fail: IP addr not reachable
Ping Hostname: Fail: Host unreachable
HTTP: Client test: Fail: IOException
Please help me. I can use my phone only in house because this situation. ;(

Hy everybody,
when i try to connect to a site it says " the page cannot be found. check name and try again later". i have changed 4-5 roms and nothing , even 1 radio rom change. the proxy server box in connection settings is unchecked (unticked) , i've tried both ways but still does not work. when i click the "E" symbol on top of the screen it says internet gprs (edge) connected and it gives the time for the connection. if it is connected shoulden't IE work ?

I use microslav_mm's CM7 SDSL 2.0 system.
When I call the following command in wifi adhoc mode, .
iwconfig wlan0 channel 5
the system will notify
Error for wireless "Set Frequency" (8B04) :
SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument.
But this command works well in wifi managed mode.
It seems that the wifi device driver does not support channel switching in ad hoc mode.
Any method to fix this problem?

Looks like that ROM does not support the selected option. I would recommend that you try a different ROM, to see if it works

I have Lenovo A2107A-H with android 4.0.3 and i rooted this tablet.
I download several PPPoE apk and install them.
But they can not connect pppoe ADSL.
for exam the software: PPPoE for Android show me this errors:
couldn't set tty to ppp discipline: invalid argument
pppoe: read (asyncReadFromppp): Session 2280: input/output error
pppoe: read (asyncReadFromppp): Session 2326 : input/output error
therefore i can not use pppoe internet connection.
please help and show a solution.

I flashed my vodafone netlocked i9505 with the latest echoe ROM v5. While logging in to my DSL router at home works perfectly, it fails with the 802.1x EAP secured account at work. I do see that the radius server groks the authentication, then comes the DHCP request to get an IP address and that seems to fail as the the login is started again. So question now is how to debug this. Any hint would be appreciated.

Same problem here when i connect my samsung tab 4 with my home wifi.
When i connect my tab 4 with disconnected wifi, this message is not shown.
I think it has something to do with ipv 6 settings but no idea how to solve it.
Hope someone has a solution for this.
