Poweramp's Stereo Stuck..It isnt WIDE enough..Tried DoubleTwist...Cudnt they include an eq n it..I hate the high pitch..SO for the time being until CM7s ported i will use winamp..ANd when i say best music player i mean the one with supreme music quality..Even though we cant improve the SNR we still cud widen the stereo a little bit..
Does miui player works on Optimus one?
Anyone tried that?

I doubt if PowerAmp does anything to the sound other than equalize. I think it still uses the same API as the stock music player, except for additional codecs and an equalizer. If the stock player had an equalizer, I'd choose it. So now I'm with PowerAmp. Good UI, good equalizer. If CM7 is completed, I'd be fine with the stock music player, will just use DSPManager for the eq.

Best Music Player?

Which one is the best?
P.S Can someone upload miui player.apologize for me? Thanks in advance.

PowerAmp is ok, but for really good music experience the better is PlayerPro
coming from iOS i was missing the music, but PlayerPro really delivers an unique
experience on its own: lyrics on demand, artist image, album grid (the coverflow locks so awsome but is so useless sometimes) and the best: the widgets of different sizes and even on lockscreen... and all the interfase almost full costum to your likings
i unninstalled the connected music player from my defy+ and oh boy, i really dont miss it, just a tip for people whom really dont use built in fm nor internet radio
i found this apk on google
the apk mentioned above did not work for fm radio...
i got working fm radio here...

Beats audio, CM9 music & Google music not working

Hey guys M using the DELL XCD 35(Indian version of BLADE) and M running ICS, Pre-CM9-AOKP-REMIX-RC6.5.2-BLADE-full-signed from modaco.
I saw a post in development region abt all the ICS roms for zte blade, and in that thread their wer links for beats audio, CM9 music and Google music,
Everything installed, but when i start CM9 or Google music, it freezes and restarts, and i dint find beats audio in the app drawer too.
What am I doing wrong? Please help me solve this, I check different threads but beats audio threads wer all for HTC devices.
Hope m not being a noob
Beats audio isn't an application. It is a modification that enhances your phone's audio output.
Try clearing data for the music apps or install them again and check.

I know its not an app, but I thought it will show an Icon in the app drawer like DSP manager does, is that so hard to understand?
I tried everything, no luck!
"I dint find beats audio in the app drawer too" doesn't sound like you know its not an app.

If you had reat what he wrote you would have understood that beats audio is no app but a music enhancment. You will not find an app. He already tried to help you clear data or reinstall.

Everyone have their own preferences but personally, I like ROCKET PLAYER.
I bought the Pro version so I can use the 10 band.

I use poweramp, too. I like the stock player as it uses adapt sound, but I cannot use the wanam settings for skipping tracks with volume rocker on stock player. So I usually use stock player when I use the display while listening to music, and for all other cases (car, listening in the dark, ...) poweramp.
Try Neutron or PowerAmp.

of course "power amp" is the best
mmm idk. poweramp skipped for me from time to time. i tried a couple of players including jetaudio. it supports shake to switch track, flac, coverart, playlists, folders, etc, but still sometimes skips with the shake to switch track feature. not really happy about any of them.

I have the paid poweramp version but I think the stock player the sounds better. Use them in multi window and alternate playing same song so you can judge for yourself which one sounds better. But if you're not looking for sound quality Poweramp has more features and looks better.
GoneMad Music Player is the best for me:good:
for me the stockplayer is working great.....:good:
For convenience and general usage, Google music is better since you could have cloud and stream for free. If you are a little serious about music, I think Neuron would be the choice because of the high quality playback.

If u equalize it properly any player will rock. Poweramp well adjusted is the best for me. Stock sounds good but PA has more options..

if you want quality...i suggest you give neutron a try....i used it from the 1st time it was released & i still think its best...tried loads others like jetaudio, poweramp, playerpro etc but nothing comes close to this.... a word of warning, neutron's interface does take some getting used to
