Hey
As you may or may not know me frm the One X forums, but I like designing home screens, and you can find my latest and all either in the Home screens thread in the Themes and Apps section, or on MyColorScreen
My latest there is a home screen that mimics JB 4.1 Notifications, found here
As you know, Google has released Android 4.2 JellyBean, and has implemented Native QuickSettings. Presented with a challenge, I'm going to try and mimic those Notifications too, but I'm gonna need your help. My device currently does not run JellyBean 4.2, but yours probably does, so here's what I need:
1) Download an app called 'Notif' from the Play Store
2) Create a few notifications with it, of various types
3) Take a screenshot of the notifications with these Notifications present there.
4) Take a screenshot of the Quick settings.
That's it, just 2 screenshots, of would be preferred of provided in Full Resolution (DropBox etc)
Thanks a bunch folks, hope to hear from some of you soon

Website called Androidcentral got the phone so maybe asking them on their forum you could get those images and also today they have published full Nexus 4 review so you might find few pics that could be useful.

I was wondering if any of the devs over here would be interested in making a Meizu M9 based theme/rom available for the Atrix. Since Atrix's (Atrixi, Atrix, Atrii?) the screen resolution is exactly the same as the M9 I dont see how it could be too difficult. I personally have no experience with any Android dev whatsoever therefore unfortunately cant help on this. You can grab the ROM here: http://www.meizu.com/services/downs.html?id=127&selectedType=m9
I used Google Chromes built in translator to translate the page.

M9 resolution = 960x640, same iphone. So need some modifies to make it works on Atrix.
Sent from my MB860 using XDA Premium App
Nevertheless it looks nice. Would be a good port if it were done.
This should be in the Themes and Apps section, not developer.
I haven't looked at the rom itself, but depending on how it's packaged up it might not be possible to rip the elements out. If it's using most of the stock frameworks for 2.2 then it might be possible, but depending on how deep the customization of the ROM goes, it could be incompatible. It's important to understand that with the Atrix, a "ROM" is just a few tweaks bundled together in an easy-to-install package.
Sorry that's what I meant, off my game today. 7

it's in the OP, but you'll need to translate the page out of chinese to read it, unless you happen to know mandarin.
the M9 theme/ROM reminds me of HTC sense on windows mobile 6.1.. only, minimalistic.

why is it a pity? there is nothing development related here. someone asked it to be done, and i dont see any actual development here. not to mention if a theme were created, it would go in themes and apps, not in development
closest thing to this would be miui roms... (sort of) ... only the visuals are different... so once we unlock bootloader ... heres to hoping this will have a better chance of seeing daylight

Okay... Got it... I'm on the fence about it.. I need to live a day or two with it. Seems very niche driven... Not for even regular facebook users... Comes across as unnecessary at this point.
Ι have just uninstalled it.
Well it was impressive, but not for an everyday launcher. It lacks basic features and functionality in comparison with Nova i.e.
I think that it makes our phone to sort of lose its originality and "feeling", I don't know how else to put it. Anyway I'm not really that into facebook so I may be missing some of the stuff that Fb Home has to give.
Thanks to the OP in any case

"The popular and famed Android modder Paul O’Brien is cooking up something pretty neat for all you HTC One fans and owners. He’s calling the new feature the MoDaCo Switch, and it will allow users to seamlessly switch from the stock HTC Sense UI software on the One to vanilla Android. Essentially turning your regular HTC One into the Google Play edition."

My first reaction is "I doubt it" because Sprint is CDMA, but the more I think about it, it's possible. It would have to be a separate version specifically for the Sprint One though.

We can kind of do that now. Are there widgets/buttons on the 5.5 blinkfeed for calls/texts etc? Kind of like Windows 8 I suppose.
Ideally, I'd want to be able to put a widget for battery stats, google ears, music and custom folder widgets. Then just scroll down for the feed stuff.
