Did you really need to start a new thread for this? Look around before posting. The manual has been leaked for a few days now, it clearly illustrates an led.

Come on dude, this N4 forum is pretty new, there are a only 3-4 pages for each section. The least you could do is read a couple of pages of threads instead of cluttering a new forum. The link I provided, actually is in regard to the manual. I'm not trying to be a dink, but don't look to be spoonfed information here.

How does the Notification LED work on Nexus phones? On my Desire Z the LED is basically useless because it shuts off after 5 minutes.
Since this phone is based off of a LG Optimus G, I'm going to assume the LED lights are very similar.
Here's a vid to the Optimus G's LED light, just imagine the same light on the bottom bezel for the Nexus 4.

Great! I got used on this essential feature for me since years using htc phones and I was a bit worried about lg not inlcuding it. Now I'm only worried about this disco lights look of back side but I think my trusty Sensation is going for a sale soon anyway

OP, iFixIt has a tear down of the EVO posted.
The only high-ish res images I could find were on iFixit. I've taken what they had, edited out the colored boxes around each component, then cleaned it up a little. It's not perfect, but hopefully it helps.

i thank you for bringing back an old repressed memory....back to the topic, i have yet to receive the update...im hoping htc did some actual work rather then take code from these hardworking devs but with several people stating that its only 53fps it sounds more then likely they just scavenged what worked and pushed it out

my cousin hopped on forums left and right to let people know the devs found a way around the fps cap with total disregard to other posts, then he fought me tooth and nail when i tried to root his phone so i could flash it with the new kernal telling me its not worth the risk of bricking it, i told him it was a reward for letting so many people know and since then he has yet to post a new thread anywhere...
