My brother bought the nexus 7 tablet and he was only using his Xperia neo for calls and hotspot.
So I suggested to switch phones since I don't have a tablet. Surprisingly, he agreed
But there's a test period to see if he can bare the lag
So right now I own a Xperia Neo, rooted it before inserting my sim card
I will still visit the wildfire section, but not so often as before...

I sold my Nexus S today, and the buyer is coming to take it tomorrow.
I wanted to keep it but yeah, money is tight .. its Heartbreaking to leave here..
I wanted to say thanks to mathkid95 for his awesome kernel, androiduser110001, cybergr, bedalus, simms22, morfic, shark on land(for his awesome troll threads ) and everyone that i have missed.
The 8 months that I had my nexus s were the most pleasant months that I have expierienced, thanks to the devs, and other users that made ma laugh . I also learned a lot more!
I decided to upgrade to a Galaxy Nexus, so Im buying that asap. (july/september). I have some tests now and school goes first.
I will see some of you in the GN forums (mixtapes , simms22, tjackbjorn)

OK guys, the buyer just picked the phone up at my house. So now I officially sold my NS!.. It was heartbreaking to sell it, but I get something better instead .. I had good and bad memories with it.. One of the baddest was telling my crush that I liked her and she didnt like me back.. . But most good memories!!

Just a little heads up that the phone is slightly curved on the outer rim around the screen so screen protector might not stick nicely around the edge due to the gap cause by the curve.

You can go for 1 year contract with Starhub OR if u want to buy without contract go to Naranjan Mobiles at Farrer Park Road, u will find the best deal there..

Yeah, today I have used SGS3 and it was pretty cool, It wasnt as good looking as Xperias but its NOT ugly by any means..brilliant screen, smooth scrolling, no lag whatsoever..
Going to buy in couple of weeks, waiting for some price drop
I will skip Xperia this year!!!

Just here to join the party Phones bought here in Singapore should work with any carrier in the world (of course it wont work on 4G) cus all the phones here cannot be locked to carriers according to some rules i heard awhile back. im undecided between sIII or the Nexus (yeah i know huge spec difference) but the ease of unlocking and hacking is a huge win!

I know this sounds like a fanboy comment, but in all honesty, the note 2 is the greatest phone ever. Like what michael Jordan is to basketball.
It has double the battery life (if not more), better screen, much smoother, better SPEN with a working handwriting. I hated the aspect ratio change at first but it's starting to grow on me. Besides, being thinner makes it "alot" easier to hold.

Completely agree wih all of the above. Best phone I've ever had, a nice upgrade from my note1.Ive been using smartphones since the first kyocera phone/palm combination in the early 90s. First phone I've had in last 3-4 years, including a brief iphone stint, that I didnt feel after a couple weeks that I'd entertain an upgrade in 6 mos if something better came along. Really nothing of any significance lacking on this phone.
battery life is insane, performance is stellar, running jellybean, specs to the roof, big a$$ screen, BATTERY LIFE AGAIn cause its really impresive.

I was going to upgrade for sure from my international note 1 as soon as at&t launched the Note 2, but now that I flashed jellybean the Note 1 feels like a whole new phone! Jellybean in its self is an upgrade! I will try to hold out as long as it can but as everyone here states, it seems the Note 2 is a beast of a phone.... So I guess I'll have to see if I can resist when I actually touch the device! But seriously if you have the international Note 1 definitely try jellybean.... You won't be disappointed!

Wow.. thanks for the reply's... now I really can't wait. I'm using Straight Talk/Att Sim right now in an At&t Note. It's tough knowing I could walk into Tmobile tomorrow and grab one for $650 and unlock it and use it. My only problem is I'm wondering if I'll be better off with the At&t version.. for coverage reasons.. I'll have to check out radio frequency's and how easy it is to unlock the tmobile version. I figure I'll get about 300 for original Note and I'm gonna sell my Nexus 7 since I almost always reach for my Note first, should get 175 or more out of that then it'll only be 150-200 out of pocket! can't wait..

I recently purchased a Galaxy Nexus from Wirefly.com $50 dollars for a renewal upgrade figured it was an awesome deal..used a prmo code for a free bluetooth... anyways the wifey need a new phone (still using a samsung epic) and it worked out.. I was Very suprised to see 32gb internal no sd card but great for her and games lol
anybody have a recommendation on the best rom for her to use (bug free)? I know theres always a handful to choose from I was just hoping one might have a preference. . thanks

I am using black bean which is inverted and similar to aokp!
Slim Rom is also pretty good if she likes stock-ish roms!
