Will any other firmware's systemui.apk will work on ddle1 firmware?

I don't think so.
The simple and obvious answer - No.
The simple and obvious reason - The frameworks are different.

If i replace framework with that build will it wirk

Framework-res.apk, twframework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk.

nope...basicly yes. unless if samsung made huge modification on their newest firmware like they did on DXLA firmware. most apk in DXLA, DXLB, DXLC, and later are interchangeable. my latest rom in sgy is a mix of DXLA basic system files, DXLB binary and lib files, DXLC's framework and apk and DXLF's systemUI and framework-res.apk
So they will?!

well based on my understanding deodexing enables to to mod or theme your phone and its apps, also increases more space in system memory but internal memory will be used up instead due to odex files become dex files that are stored in internal memory,
here us guide to deodexing

You can change icons of system ui in non deodexed rom may be.....(cause I have changed my closeon png file)
But by deodexing it,it is become very simple as like water....
 DON'T FORGET TO PRESS THANKS BUTTON IF I HAVE A BIT SUCCESS TO HELP YOU
If you have deodexed a rom:
1.You can theme easily
2.You can flash themes for deodexed roms
3. /system partition will become less after deodexing a rom
As mentioned you cannot theme or change any apps on an odexed rom
you can easily root your phone and install a custom rom or stock deodex rom without a pc via cwm
links to the roms are in the dev section

is it rooted? also what version of android is it on? Gravity box can help you with that if you are on Jelly bean+, if you aren't, you can open up the play store and search for status bars, and you can use these without root.

didnt I give you the answer yesterday? you need to be rooted and deodexed
use a root browser to copy framework-res.apk from system/framework to your sd card
rename framework-res.apk to framework-res.zip
extract it with a zip app like zarchiver
replace the pngs and only pngs on a like for like basis - same filenames - dont touch xml files or anything else
rezip
change back to .apk
put in a flashable zip and flash in cwm with system mounted or push to system with rw-r-r but flashing is better
and questions go in Q & A section
You give me answer yesterday but don't know why It was deleted...I can't see it in xda but i can see it in my gmail
