I want to give my Galaxy Note back to Samsung.
But before i need a Stock kernel from N7000XXLA6
maybe i can extrackt the zimage myself but i don´t know how to flash a zimage.
So if somebody had an stock kernel for N7000XXLA6 pls uploaded.

If you are flashing ics rom, then try using same method of root like n7000 (cwm.zip)
Find ics installation rooting link from my signature.

I extracted the animation xml files from an MIUI Rom and used an existing Script.
They should work on any AOSP based rom. Credit for the script goes to eng.stk.
Edit: Fixed TWRP zip.

4.4.2 CM11 problem.
This doesn't work in CM11 kitkat, the recovery flashs the Zip successfully, but the animations won't be changed.
The CWM link is borken, can you share a new link

maybe using a flashable zip.. just making this out . but if you use dorimanx kernel zip and delete all other files and just replace boot.img from stock rom zip onto dorimanx kernel zip.? it might work.
