need it for tomorrow? for wat? it will take time ...there are many bugs in jelly beans rom when ported to other phones...its btr to wait for fully working fixes..

Then you can wait very very long.
If you 'need' it so bad, put your money where your mouth is and put up a cash reward for the first dev to get JellyBean in some working for on your device.
Even if we do port it, many many things won't work for our 'different' hardware. Need a similair phone to Xperia Arc/S to get jellybean first or atleast sourcecode
