I've tried a lot of different Rom's for my ZTE Blade and so far I find LeWa ROM is the best of the lot.
I'm currently on version LeWa ROM V880 12.03.22
I see there is an update but for some reason can't seem to download it from the phone and install it.
So far this ROM has been the very best mix of being stable, fast and look amazing.
The menu system is the best I've seen.
I would however like to get rid of the lat bit of Chinese writing and have the entire ROM in English.
Anyone else a fan?
Anyone else managed to upgrade to a newer version?
Their website looks so professional but it's all in Chinese so I'm stuck
I'd post the link but I'm not allowed to post external links
BTW I just noticed my possible mistake - on the offical LeWa website there is a U880 ROM and a V880 ROM I think I tried to install the wrong one last time "U" instead of "V"
Anyway I upgraded to the very latest version of this ROM for V880 ZTE Blade and it works great.
Although at first boot the lock screen was totally unresponsive and none of the key would work but booting into ClockWork Mod and wiping all the various data nd caches solved the problem
This is by far the best looking ROM I've ever used on my ZTE Blade and that includes ICS ROM's.
done someting stupid i think flashed a blade to skate rom but all seems to work if i need to reprogram back to stock blade how do i do this. phone shows up on adb easy as skate, or is it ok . as it is working ok on cyanogen 7.2

Installed in ZTE BLADE Q MINI!! IT WORKS!! Everything seems working fine, although I hate xtreme os logos everywhere, strange implements, and that boot music scared **** outta me, and waked up my sister. LOL. Anyways, well done.
Thanks. :good:
Ok, I tested it, and it's not 4.4.2 , its, JB, what a shame >
tried this one too. Will probably go back to it after I try stock for a while.
some people format after wipe - I never have. should I?
big thanks anyway vaserbanix
been using this Rom (mini) for a couple of months now and all good. big thanks!
been thinking if partitioning sd card for more apps - one thing that worries me is the fact that this Rom doesn't seem to see the sd card as separate storage anyway. Will I get problems if I try this and is there another approach to this problem?
TWRP??
I have a TWRP recovery installed on my blade q maxi..you said it can only be installed with cwm.. I am wondering can this ROM be installed with TWRP?

Thread about everything related to ZTE Blade V8 Lite.
I cannot find much info about this phone. No custom recovery, no root, no ROMs.. If you have any info about our beloved mobile please say, so we can help each other.
I have v2.0 firmware and there is no update yet to v4.0 for my build. I am having random freezes followed by restarts (tried hard reset twice, wipe cache). Anyone else with similar issues?
How to install build from other country since default update from SD card doesn't let me update (it says that build is different than my build)?

I have the ZTE Blade V8 lite and i want to root it please
Does anybody know what's needed for getting this done? I mean sources, people who knows about this board and SoC. Do we need to ask zte to release some sources or anything?
My xiaomi redmi note 7 device is currently running Android 11 Lineage OS 18.1, and I've been facing an issue in which the phone just freezes randomly, and I'm unable to use it until I force a restart. I faced a similar issue when I was using Cherish OS A12 but it was less frequent. Does anyone have an idea on what the problem could be or how to fix it?
One day something similar happened to me, I recommend you flashing the original firmware of the Redmi Note 7, you can download it from mi community.
I was using cherish, and i didn't have any problem. Before you flash the original firmware, i recommend you to try Project Arcana, it is a good custom rom

Flash only the last firmware without wipe, before you test to flash stock rom and begin new.

Alright, thanks, I'll check Project Arcana out. Currently on Nusantara Project ROM and it's happening less frequently now.

Thank you. I actually already flashed the stock MIUI ROM and I didn't notice it anymore. But I don't want to stick with MIUI. I've been using custom ROMs for a while without experiencing this issue. I just don't know why it's an issue now.

What exactly do you mean by firmware please, I'd appreciate an explanation. I downloaded the latest recovery firmware from that site, but it's a 2gb zip file. I assumed it's the ROM.

Thank you very much. I think I understand now. I'll do that.
UPDATE
I have since flashed the latest firmware and the issue still persists. I also flashed the fastboot ROM of the device to have a fresh start per se, but the issue still returns when I install a custom ROM. Currently on Project Arcana OS, and it's still happening. I have decided to use the ROM without Magisk, because it seems to be the only thing I haven't tried yet, and there haven't been any freezes for almost 24 hours now. I will update this if it happens again.
