2 things I wanna say to the OP :-
1) Threads suggesting best rom, launcher, kernel, etc. aren't encouraged here since every user's views are different from the rest.
2) Here's a link containing all the launchers - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1683540. You could have easily searched for it using the search button. Searching is the first rule of XDA.
True dude but
He has joined the forum just today so he might be thinking of getting to 10 posts..
Btw good suggestion.
Sent while sitting in class..
Holo plus

Download GO Locker from market and then try ics themes for it..
Or directly search on market you will get many.
Use holo locker, and you can use holo launcher plus for whole ics theme.

Is there an app that allows you to move your apps and widgets freely on your homescreen at the stock launcher without being corrected to the grid?
I am not looking for a launcher but for an app that gives me this option.

Why wrong Forum? I already had an App Request and XDA shifted the thread to this Forum and now you tell me I shouldn't post it here? Oh i see, lol

Every time I turn on, or restart my phone, I get the screen to select a launcher. I do not have any other launcher installed and every time I select touchwiz and click always, it does not stay.

Seems Odd
-Go to Applications manager
-In the TW launcher clear all data and clear all defaults.
-Restart and reorganize the layout ( If u have multiple launchers you will be prompted to choose a default one )
-Turn off and back on and see.
Hope it helped.

I seem to have hit this problem this week too, a workaround while I figure out why it happens is to disable/freeze other launchers so there's only one left.

Do you have any startup manager app?

It's a separate application, hold the application in the select default app dialog and click disable.

Hmm, that's weird, I used Titanium Backup to freeze it.
I wonder if the app clean master deleted any file needed to keep the default launcher after restarting the phone

backup your apps and do the factory reset......................:after that you'l be :good:
None of that worked.... today i got MJ5 update with 4.3 and it fixed it.
I dont want to root my device. But want the weather app that is used in the Cyanogen ROM. Where can I find this?
Before you get burned, this is the wrong place for questions about apps. Use Chronus in the play store.
