Official unbranded jellybean. - Galaxy S III General

Don't we think it's kind of weird that there has been no unbranded jellybean firmwares for our device since the buggy polish release of 24/9 over 3 weeks ago.
Unless i'm very much mistaken, every release since then is a carrier branded version of the same buggy firmware.
Come on Samsung, what's going on (and why are carrier's releasing there 'bloatware' version's of this rather than waiting for a stable release?)?

Isn't the latest release (for Spain) unbranded? Think it says so on the samfirmware page...

yes it is, just do some reading
I already had the other Gingerbread version they pulled and had some issues with bluetooth, that seems to be solved. Not tested much else yet.
Came to Norway at the same time as this thread, though: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1066040
But never mind that
Is it I9000XXJVO upgraded firmware from I9000XXJVK ? Where is download link ?

I've just installed the latest in Sweden

Got it sorted out. Now I have official 2.3.3 running. I can confirm - its much faster than 2.2. So far no lags. I will share later how is battery doing. Everything seems working. If you want to ask - hit me.
I have kies version 2.0.0.11044_11. Kies tells me that my phone's firmware version is PDA:JPA / PHONE:JPP /CSC:JP3(TEN). I live in Norway..
It is not offering any update. My phone is not locked, as far as I know.
Any ideas??

I am from India. Just traded back my Note and got Blue S3 on 14th July. This is the second update I had in 2 days. First one was around 9MB.
whats th euse of flashing LFB modem over LF3 ..any advantage?
Newer modem, it's DD not XX. Old modems don't work on LFB and it's better than the LFB modem

Are you sure you're actually on Samsung-Stock and not some carrier-branded ROM? It might be hard to notice, but please provide your CSC/Modem/ROM info.
Just flash the newer ROM through Odin and welcome to the next generation
I've given up waiting for official releases a long time ago.
probebly shipped firmware to LF2 with 9 mb update, and LF2 to LFB with 74 mb update.
OP is literate to open a thread but cant he just write down his firmware version here, after updating.
I have attached the screenshot after update. Let me know if you need more information.
This is official ROM & no modifications done.

This all means Jelly bean is not close to being released if samsung are still updating ics 4.04.
Yes it confirmed 4.0.4 ICS, but it is more stable with strong WIFI Signa ( get full page of round WIFI). and Bluetooth sensivity.
i can give + plus 4 on this I9300XXBLG8_I9300DBTBLG6_I9300XXLG8.

Running the li5 leak suggests Samsung have pretty much nailed a stable jellybean Rom, maybe some minor things to fix I haven't noticed, but they are close.

.74 FW is the same as .67 FW - just different baseband on .74, more carrier bloat and T-Mobile (?) exclusive.. That is why there is no changelog from Sony.
I'm using a generic SG firmware (1270-1412) and the update doesn't pop-up for me!
