Has anyone experienced an increased number of dropped calls when running cm9 or cm10 for the ZTE Blade...that issue isn't there when I use cm7 bt it is persistent on cm10...I can barely make a call longer than 3minutes!

Hi all,
Just received a nice Philips Fidelio AS111 Bluetooth speaker dock for my 21st, pairing went fine and music etc plays through fine
However, the constant Bluetooth connection seems to be constantly rebooting my phone. I'm running AOKP m4 and have tried with a couple of kernel combos, Steve Garons, AirKernel and Speedy 7, have also adjusted the min CPU value to try and combat it. Will try matr1x now.
I'm not using deep idle, anybody have any ideas or having the same issue then help is greatly appreciated

Thanks for the tip, can I ask what governor you're using?

Had the same issue with my Oxygen 2.3.2 ROM (GB) when I overclocked to 1200. The phone will reboot as soon as bluetooth is connected and audio streaming starts. I got that with 200/1200 ondemand.

Great thanks for the info, I had heard on the interwebs that overclocking could kill Bluetooth, I wonder why that is?
I used Oxygen almost exclusively back in my Desire days, stock Gingerbread at its best! Waiting patiently for Oxygen 3.0

So I've run probably over a dozen different roms in the last few months, one thing I've noticed on all of them is that while someone is calling me, I can hear everything on their end over the speaker phone while my phone is ringing. To be clear, it does this without me answering. Anyone else have this odd "feature"?

You sure its with every ROM? That sees unlikely. What about with your stock ROM?

Yes, every Rom. Haven't been 100 percent stock in a while, but stock+ and touch of blue do it.

As far as I know there's no way for the phone to do that, it sounds like something is messed up on the network end. It would be interesting to activate a different phone on the line and see if the problem carries through. Of course, if it is network related, that could reset things and make the problem go away.
On second thought, that doesn't make sense either. That is certainly a weird problem.
I have the same issue running CM 7.2. It seems to happen more with some callers than others. I've had the same issue with albinoman's JB. Haven't tried stock in a long time, though.

Im just wondering if there's any chance that the reception will improve as the development of the kernel and everything advances. On stock I'm able to make calls and send texts with no problems but after using a 4.2.2 based ROM I can rarely send texts and they usually don't receive either. I also lose almost every call I make no matter where I am.

I had the same problem on CM 10.1. The reception was horrible even though it was the same radio as stock. Also for some strange reason the reception bars wouldn't show. Its all down to the kernel, give it some time.

Hello,
I have a Defy (red lense) (mb525) and installed Quarx CM10.2.
The Problem is that, if someone wants to phone me, I can only see that I've got a "Missed Call" and the one who wants to call me hears "The Numberyou've called is busy".
Can you help me, please? I could'nt find that problem somewhere else and I don't know what I did wrong. I made a factory-reset, flashed with CM10.2 from Quarx and gapps for CM10.2, wiped again. Everything works like perfectly but the fact that I receive no calls.
Have you tried a new baseband?
Sent from my MB526 using Tapatalk 2
Yes, I tried every baseband for europe, but it was the same or I had no signal at all.!!!!

Some operator blacklist? Can't think of any other reason
Sent from my MB526 using Tapatalk 2
I had this idea, too. But
I found only the blacklist in the phone app's settings. It doesn't work although it's deactivated. Is there a blacklist-option somewhere else?
Sent from my MB525 using xda app-developers app
One blacklist is implemented at software(device) level. Other one could be at operator level. You can verify this by using the SIM in another phone

With the original Android I receive the calls. So it's a problem with the software(configuration) on my phone, i think, and nothing with my provider.
Making calls from my phone with CM10.2 works, only the calls I receive are not displayed, only logged as a missed call.

Probably one of the weirdest problems ever seen here. Try copying baseband files from stock. Also a system wipe.

I think I solved the Problem. I made a New install from the very beginning but finally installed only a minimal version of gapps. Now everything works fine. So it was a Problem with gapps i think.
Thanks for your help.
