Questions regarding my Rom

Well i am making A ROM but while using Cygwin to install init.d scripts etc. Using advanced options by pressing 0 i get an error regarding boot.img....i m using stock boot.img....can anyone help me?
Also i want to install a custom icon pack like hyperion rom has...not the same icon pack but similar so can anyone help me how to do this??
If everything goes well i will release my Rom in 1 week...The Rom's name is LOCA L1

GSY unable to install google play service

Helloo all XDA...
Why i unable to install google play service plz reply.It is showing "Other service does not support"

Try to out in it /system/apps
Or unzip the rom and then put in it there and flash again.
