Can i use Quarx custom kernel for other rom than based on the CM10?

The jb roms for defy are all based on cm10

Its for CM9 ROMs.....
Aurora is something different then Cm9. So i dont think it'll work.

It's for cm9 roms, not for AOSP roms like Aurora. It will probably stuck in the boot screen.

you post the same question in two diferent section:good:
You are confused. Quarx and Epsylons defy builds do not work with 2.3 kernel. Only their defy+ builds work with 2.3 kernel. Their defy builds require 2.2 kernel. Make sense? They make 2 different builds, one for defy and one for defy+
If you have red lense defy you can and probably should use defy+ builds. This still requires 2.3 kernel because you would be using a defy+ build. Make sense?
