So I tried eVils Miui Rom and notice it came with the old 2.2 looking camera app ,is there a way to install the camera app from espresso Rom.

MIUI is CM based, espresso camera needs sense framework so short answer is no.

I finaly talked my wife in to letting me mod her phone I put cm7 rc4 on it and she noticed that you can't upload vids to Facebook like she did with yje stock tmo rom

Noticed this also, but also noticed I wasnt able to do with stock either but others could. A fix would be awesome if anyone has one.

just moved the wife to cm7 from stock and she cant take pix with the front facing camera with the camera app for cm7 i need camera app that will let her use the front facing camers and cm7
The stock CM Camera app allows you to switch cameras on there so you shouldn't need any other apps
Ffc works fine on CM7.

The icons were a bit confusing without labels at first...

The icon is definitely confusing. A picture with some mountains on it pretty much universally means "landscape mode" in the camera world. It's not really obvious that this is the button to switch from back to front camera.
The icon in the stock camera app was far more intuitive.
They are a little confusing...I wonder why they chose it like that. Anyway, CM7 all the way baby!!
When I try to set one of my pics as a wallpaper it won't let me crop around the whole picture, not to mention that once its a wallpaper it degrades the quality. Didn't have that problem with sense. Any ideas m
