Hi, I tried many SD Android versions on my phone(T-Mobile HD2) but every time after few hours phone freezes and I can't turn screen on and unlock it, the only way is to remove battery. Can anybody help me to fix this problem?

Maybe try the new NativeSD method, no freezes.

Ok so first of all I was experiencing a problem with my screen flickering however now I am getting problems with the colour in my display. For example I get different overlays of colour as I press the screen. Sort of difficult to explain. Also images look distorted and drained almost as if an effect has been applied to them, when it hasnt.
I am getting the problem in both native win mo and SD and nand android. I have tried changing the dpi but it has made no difference.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Sounds like digitizer/display fooked, send it in.
That's what I feared. It has stopped for now but I guarantee it will return shortly. What happens if I said it of and HTC do not see the problem?

If there is a hardware problem they will be able to see it as they will run tests.
Just remember to return the device to a stock ROM before you send it back
Ok thank you for all your help I will get it sent off asap.

do I also need to uninstall hspl? if so how, because the sd card technique didn't work?
I’ve tried android 2.2 and 2.1 but it uses lots of battery power and I never can make calls or texts, (on o2 but android says I’m on bt cellnet ?!)
I want to try FRX04 but don’t know where to get it from or how to install.

Android 2.2 is the version
FRX04 is a build name
I reccomend to try xdandroid frx04 as is stable and it's a nice start for beginners
I installed fx04 today and it seems decent! It's android ver 2.2.1 also. It is pretty easy to install... I just need to either get used to the button layout or change it...

Frx04 also I think the battery life is way better than the cab install I tried before.... 2.2 xdandroid 1.6?

Yeh thanks but I already found it. Ive installed froyox , ive don’t the calibration but after the setup there’s a black screen for some reason, the touch buttons on the back of the phone vibrate when pressed, I reset my phone after the screen remained black for 2 mins. Is this supposed to happen, what do I do?
Friend had problems installing today. Tried formatting and eventually cleaning the SD card (with a soft dry cloth) and then it worked... strange!

I've tried it multiple times on both desire and desire hd using different roms for phone and rom slots and it's failed EVERY time. Not one single time has it worked as advertised. Super buggy.

Hey buddy .. you must be doing something wrong .. check the tutorial video..
the roms lags a little if more resources are running
it doesn't means that its super buggy
follow the video guide and you must not face any problems then

Search on Google for boot manager boot.img failed to flash. See the mass amount of users with problems using this app. Different devices, users, forums. It's definitely buggy. I've tried all the "fixes" but to no avail. Gave up and uninstalled it. I try re installing every few updates but I've given up hope and moved on.
This error besides the tons of other problems with having to use certain roms as phone roms, others will not work etc. The list goes on. Great concept, poor execution.

Maybe sd card issue? Try a different one. Also make sure it is a fast card, at least class 10 otherwise it will really lag.

I've tried at least 3 different ones. The one I'm using right now is class ten. I'm not even able to get a rom to boot so sd card speed is still a few steps ahead of the game.
Believe me I'd love to be running ice cold and jellytime on my phone  but me and bootmanager have been through 2 phones 3 sd card probably 7 or 8 roms, tried different versions from the time they released it as beta and never had success

Anyone know what can cause an hd2 to have a complete freeze, like no button works and screen completely frozen ???
Is it Rom or hardware

Lots of things, mostly android, but could also be overheating. The jellybean alpha/betas for example are pretty impressive, but I've locked up several times.if its happening when you aren't doing anything, that's when to worry.
Often when android freezes, the phone starts warming up quickly,,, be sure to get the battery out straight away.

Can u access MAGLDR??
If yes then go to CWM and try to install another rom.
See if it works
If u cant get into MAGLDR ie. u cant hold down the power button,
Then it looks like a hardware problem.
Get your screen checked by some mobile shops to see if there is a digitizer problem.
I think its a rom problem.
Corruption. try re-installing.
Or maybe the hd2 has reached the end of it' hardware...
btw I mean ics and jb?
