My TF300T has been suffering from many problems like random reboots, freezing and showing the app not responding popup, low fps in games, etc.
I would like to know if my tablet is faulty, or I should just void the warranty and install a custom rom.
These are my quadrant benchmark results (after a reboot, performance mode):

The IO results are really horrible here, and I think its the main cause of the slow performance on this tablet. (Even my 1st gen Kindle Fire gets 2263 for IO)
FYI, I have already done a factory reset after updating to JB.
Can other users on Stock JB post their Quadrant Benchmark Results here too? I want to see if my benchmark result is normal.
EDIT: I just did a factory reset (again), and the results improved by a little bit. Is this the best I can get without unlocking the bootloader?
At first i did not want to unlock my tablet, but i couldn't live with the terrible i/o.
I unlocked the device and installed [email protected] rom. The tablet is flying.
Look at the quadrant results, that's all i can say.
with the new OC Version I get about 6400 on Quadrant

You need to install first Cm7 by tom3q to install cm9. Here is the link for ics: http://forum.samdroid.net/showthread.php?t=6064
i'm using it now. Ask me if you have questions.
Thanks.

hey man.i dont know why anybody have ask you nothing about this great new great new!! tell me.how is it the rom!??
how is the performance}?
its fluid?
what are the cont and pros??
the camera works?
what is the best rom you ever try it?
can you take some screenshots?
thanks a lot man!! i hope you can answer soon as possible
Hi. It's enough fast for me. Background apps (for example launcher) sometimes close themselves (without any error) while I'm surfing on the net because of low memory. But I think that's not important because I don't surf on internet with spica.
I don't get any errors or something. I can say that it's faster than 2.2.
UI is almost very smooth.
Bugs: Camera doesn't work because it's first alpha release (samdroid developers are working on it). Videos can't be played for now. When you connect spica to pc, you can't see its sd card.
Bad point: Battery can finish in only a day if you play too much and use wifi. Maybe using a task killer makes it go longer.
4.0 has only one rom for spica. It's cm9. I installed 2.3 first but I wanted a change of phone. Then I installed 4.0 and I'm using it with no real bugs. New ICS animations runs smoothly. tom3q's openFIMG graphic driver is used in this room. It's smoother than stock one although it's not completed yet.
I loved UI. Pm me if you have spica and want to try it so I can help. You have root?
Screenshots (Launcher is touchwiz 3.0, runs smoothly on ICS):

What's wrong with xda? I can't send pms using computer but I can do it using Tapatalk app from my phone!
If you try to contact me and sent me a mail and I didn't answer you in 2 days, check your "sent mails" folder to see if they are really sent. Use tapatalk app if you couldn't send.
Thanks..
Thanks!

This is not for competition purposes

keep in mind that benchmarks don't show real world performance. You can have a great score and the rom being buggy as hell at the same time..!
u 8800-51 divice with SheDu pro v2.0.4
CPU Frequency 1600, guvernator - ondemand
no lag no bug
the best antutu benckmark is mine with my rom, my benckmark is 6630 with 1804 mhz but i have not the screen because i do that benchkmark in the past
pointless thread.with all the respect.this is something like show me your homescreen to tell which rom is the best.
Highest benchmark does not mean faster or more stable ROM.

I told stable.. Even 4.2.2 is stable but has many issues.. Stability doesnt depend upon bugs it depends on kernels(i may be wrong). Even b929 is unstable with Geno's earlier kernel multiple reboots..
There are roms which are stable but not fit for everyday use

Yeah,Benchmark except Nenamark are all waste I just do for Show Off :victory: I'm new over here...My Old Device was scoring 8000+ only...
BTW My SS is from Stock BML2 ROM ..... I get 21,667 with CM11 .... But bad time...Phone got some weird touch issues
All the colorful bars are pretty, but TW still lags on my i9192, even with a different launcher.
Kernel: Amestris 2.7

I have the Highest Benchmark Score and Luckily my phone was the one who burnt inside out :highfive: Why Samsung..Why ?
Only 1470 on stock touch wiz, a sign to get another rom.
Stock Rom guys, no root, just stock, after 1 week of usage!!! What do you think?
post very interesting ! :angel: ==> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=54580074&postcount=98
I think my S4 Mini is the best S4 Mini...LOL
Stock Deodexed Kitkat...rooted.
Anyway putting aside benchmarks my S4 Mini performs superbly. Real time performance is what matters and I have no issues as of now. Smooth UI, lag-free gaming and decent battery life with great network.
To make this all reliable: those of you running the stock firmware and rooted should run a test with and without disabling DVFS to proof the benchmark boost. And then it would be best to run a third test on CM but always with same settings, user app installs, etc.
20178 on CarbonROM build 20140727, no performance changes (384-1728MHz, interactive, row)
I9192 Duos KitKat
My own rom / kernel ondemand gov / no-op I/O scheduler no OC
Stock ROM will have higher runtime score because it's odexed.
Hello,
Quoting one man:
I deliberately asked a neighbor about his Note 3 which has in drawer as a spare phone. He do factory settings and AnTuTu test and lo and behold 47486 for the latest stock DBT.
Now the question? Is it really possible to achieve such AnTuTu score on this Stock ROM?
It would also please me wonder:
I Wonder how You Have Achieved the Highest score in Antutu v5.1.5 with Stock ROM or Custom ROM with Stock kernel (and still with knox 0x0) in Note 3?
Please write only results Greater than 43000.
Thank you.
Have a nice day
Andrew Gale.

The 35k was score for older version of Antutu. Current version of benchmark uses different scale.
