YES!!!
I successfully created my 1st custom ROM for the Mozart Windows Phone with the new HSPL by cotulla
I used as a base this ROM:
RUU_Mozart_HTC_Europe_1.30.401.01_5.54.09.21_22.33b.50.10U_NoDo_by_ansar
The custom build has the ability to be unlocked and to upgrade to MangoB2 thru zune
In my next build i will try to include mango and dfrouter for those not sync to zune
Thanks to my giant friends ervious, mamaic, bepe and cotulla
I hope to upload it today [edit: done] and some day to create an hspl too!!

- Chevron unlock and

ROM installation instructions
To install the ROM follow these steps:
- install RSPL and select your ROM version X.YY
- install HSPL
- unzip the downloaded zip file and run ROMUpdateUtility.exe

MangoB2 update instructions
To update in MangoB2 you must in your PC/Laptop:
- download my NoDo_Public_by_ansar.zip and Mangob2_Public_Trial_by_ansar.zip
- uninstall WPSupportTool-x86.msi or WPSupportTool-x64.msi and
- install Setup-UpdateWP-x86.exe or Setup-UpdateWP-x64.exe
- install StartZuneLocal.exe

MangoB2 Chevron unlock instructions
A. To retain Chevron unlock on MangoB2 in 7403 perform the following in windows phone:
[Optional steps]
- Uninstall Connection Setup after ROM flashing
- Sign in to Windows Live and
1. Run Marketplace, select HTC Apps and select Connection Setup
2. After relevant prompt Power off and then Power on your device
- Repeat above 1 and 2 to install Connection Setup
[End of optional steps]
- Deploy my Unlock_Mango_XBMODDeployer.xap
- Run XBMOD.Files.Deployer and uninstall it
- Deploy TouchXplorer.xap
- Run TouchXplorer and copy CustClear.provxml from My Documents\My Ringtones\ to \Windows
- Remember: do not run Connection Setup now
- Update to MangoB2 7403
- Now run Connection Setup
- Check that you are unlocked by running TouchXplorer
B. To retain Chevron unlock on MangoB2 7712 perform the following in windows phone:
[Optional steps]
- Uninstall Connection Setup
- Run Marketplace, select HTC Apps
- You maybe wait some minutes for Connection Setup to appear
- When Connection Setup appears install it
[End of optional steps]
- Deploy my Update_Mango_XBMODDeployer.xap
- Run XBMOD.Files.Deployer and uninstall it
- Run TouchXplorer and copy CustClear.provxml from My Documents\My Ringtones\ to \Windows
- Run Connection Setup
- Deploy my Unlock_Mango_XBMODDeployer.xap
- Run XBMOD.Files.Deployer and uninstall it
- Run TouchXplorer and copy CustClear.provxml from My Documents\My Ringtones\ to \Windows
- Remember: not run Connection Setup now
- Update to MangoB2 7712
- Wait for update to finish
- Now disconnect from usb cable and enter SIM pin
- Now run Connection Setup
- Check that you are unlocked by running TouchXplorer

use ansar's method to go all the way to RTM 7720 and Chevron unlock is still working (e.g., i can still use TouchXplorer). i basically repeated the steps for 7712 again for 7720. thanks!

followed all the instructions 30x everytime i update to isv beta 7403 the phone is relocked as when i try to use touchxplorer it say ms has revoked this app please uninstall ????? any help

I previously used "RUU_Mozart_HTC_Europe_1.28.401.04_5.52.09.16_22.33a.50_RELEASE" which had a colour banding problem and upgraded that ROM all the way to MANGO RTM and the colour banding still remained which was very annoying having spent 2 hours+ completing the proceedure.
I've just flashed this version and I still have the colour banding issue.
When I tried the DFT 7113 ROM, it resolved the Colour banding issue.

I also did the ansar unlock method for my mozart
when it is 7712 my touch explorer is working but registry editor is not opening at all
why it is?

I am having problems getting to Mango (7720)...
I used this custom ROM, then did the update to 7403, its all good and still unlocked but Zune does not find any newer updates?
I have updated Zune to the latest version as well (4.8.2345.0).
Anyone with the same problem, anyone know how to get it sorted?

I am quite sure I have... Can you give me a link to the update tool just incase.
So I have Zune installed, then I run the update tool and then Zune will give me updates after 7403?
Do I need to have all of the Zune processes closed when I run the update tool - or just the zune.exe or does it not matter?

Thanks soo much. After 3/4 hours I finally got it sorted.
So I reflashed with the custom ROM, uninstalled Zune and the update tool (Phone engineer flashing tool).
Then followed the guide you gave me and it eventually worked. Took forever to update to 7712 as the update seems biggish (150-250MB I am guessing) and installing it on the phone takes 45 minutes + easily.
Then my next problem was getting to 7720 - I had Zune 4.8.2345 where I needed version 4.8.2134.0 once I had that installed the bat file ran fine and phone updated to 7720 perfectly.
Also I suspect the reason it did not work the first time was due to the guide I was following. The mango unlocker files:
Unlock_Mango_XBMODDeployer.xap
Update_Mango.XBMODDeployer.xap
Note the one has the _ before the XBMOD and the other the . before the XBMOD - the guide I was following never said I needed to use the one with the . and that is the only thing I can of which may have made a difference (Although the zune versions may have made a difference).

I installed first NoDo, usb and AC charging ok. Then i installed the Mango ROM, USB and AC charging isn't worked.

hi, i want to install this but currently i have 7720 installed with 4.6 bootloader.
if i want to install this i need HSPL/RSPL but i cant install it because it will brick the bootloader right?
so what i need to do to install this? i aware that i need to install older version with lower bootloader version but i cant because without HSPL/RSPL, i get invalid model id error, any solution to this problem?

Ansar, love your work with these Roms but I have one small question. Why do you insist with putting the English US language in the European Roms. I mean yes we do speak English in Europe but we do not speak American English. Our spelling and use of words are different to the US. Also I know its only a small thing but the .com,.net,.org button should actually lead with .co.uk. Yes I know its not that hard to type it but it defeats the purpose. As I said love your work but this is very annoying for me and probably many others that's why im sticking with the DFT rom for now.

2) I can't sync with Zune anymore. Already got the latest Zune version, but i can't change the sync-relationship, my phone is only a "guest". Even manual sync does not work (drag and drop music at the phone-symbol at the bottom left of Zune). It says "added 1 album" but does not do anything.

I successfully pased O2_UK ROM to Mango 7720 for Schubert, can be seen in relevant forum
It will follow a ROM for O2_UK in Mozart too

the unlock tool shows i am unlocked, when i deploy the xap, the look like deploying but at last will failed, said i need a unlock / plug in usb.
it not failed immediately, but after deploying for sometime.
if the phone is locked, it will show the failed message once i deploy.

No soft running on https port. I run tcpview and control Local port. No stripes named https. Yesterday I upgraded to Mango. Previous version was unwatchable!

chevron unlock is not working on nodo or mango, you have to downgrade

i submit my position at dreamspark as a student and i'm waiting for subscribe in APP HUB to obtain a regular device unlock as a developer. Is it a good idea?

yes from 7.0.7004.0 you can chevron unlock! 7.0.7004 is´t NODO
1. download and install Windows Phone Developer tools on vista or windows 7 PC
2. Do u have Skype or any other app like that running on ur machine?
If so then u need to full close out of those apps. Make sure there process's are not still active. U can do so through task manager
Settings ZUNE
3. In Zune when ur phone connects does it say ur name or guest?
If guest then u need to hit the button below the phone image to set up ur phone to be the main user.
4. Did u sign into Zune? If no then sign in.
5. go with internet browser to cr-developers.co.cc/cwp7.cer and install. the chevron cert.
6. plug in phone and leave zune running (read Settings ZUNE)
7. run chevronwp7.exe (as administrator) , click both checkboxes
8. click unlock

My omnia is finally unlocked!!! I did it without downgrade, directly from Mango!

" even though my phone was set to never lock, Zune opened. Had to disconnect fone from USB then reconnect again to install XAP.

Hi,
Internet sharing can be provided with many ways:
- enabling and using data connection of the device and then tether others wirelessly by wi-fi
- enabling and using data connection of the device and then tether a PC/Laptop by usb cable or
- connecting device to a wi-fi access point with device data connection off and tether others wirelessly by wi-fi

Hi,
This is a final Mango 7720 direct flash ROM, not an update
The SPL (bootloader) has been removed due to known reasons as disabling downgrade
The Radio can be provided as a separate *.nbh, let me know if you still do need it

- zune must be in compmete Sync state with phone (not guest)
- phone must not be in lock screen or sleep mode

Don't use tom xap deployer, there is another one better that toms. I think it's XAPDeploy.

However when I enable Internet Sharing I always receive this message:
"Connection not shared
There's no cellular data connection to share right now. Check your cellular

I realy don't know what am I doing wrong.
I connect my phone with my router by wifi.
I have internet on my phone.
I can navigate on IE, market place, facebook, etc.
When I try to share my internet my phone always give me that message.

I can see that there's: "Languages with 21 CTRL boxes". Does this mean 8107 has all 21 languages? I need Traditional Chinese. If not, is there a way to XAP install additional language files afterwards?

Found a litle bug in the setting:
The lang is not complete from the "InternetSharing" in english and also in german.
Its empty and not "Enabled" and "Disabled" like in the 5.13 ROM from you.
Edit: The step to full unlock have a problem:
I tap "Ansar Unlock" and on the device I see now allredy in the last 20min the same:
"configuring device"
-> "Loading..."
. . . . .... ..... .... . . . .
and nothing else?
Any solutions please?

hi,this is maybe a noob problem,i dont know ^^.but i dont know how to get the u2m8107 on my phone.i run the xap file,but my windows phone device manager wont let me connect to the phone although the rom is unlocked isnt it

I loose my "Chevron Unlock" on my other HTC Mozart after update to 8107 ???
and want now your ROM on this device install with the "Goldcard-Metode". (ansar unlock )
With this metode, loose I all my SMS/MMS and programs or not?
Its clear, I will downgrade first the bootloader and than I install HSPL or isent necessary this step with the "Goldcard-Metode" ?

Hi,
If you have an HTC_Europe (CV 401) you can use the SLSPL for mozart
You must backup SMS/MMS because with any method you will loose it
The steps are
- flashh SLSPL to downgrade
- flash the ROM of your operator that is supported bh RSPL/HSPL
- install RSPL/HSPL
- now can flash any ROM

How to fix Internet Sharing issue
Hi,
I will update the post #1 with a new release of the ROM
Those already flashed can follow these simple fix
- deploy Registry Editor 1.2.0.0
- run Registry Editor (it is down in \Settings)
- navigate to HKLM\Services\ICS and
- change UserProcGroup value 32 (decimal) to 5
The rest are known i.e. set data on. apn etc
