hahaha..lol...glad to hear that..!!
You can use Volume+ app to boost the loudspeaker and rock the place
Today I compared the speaker volume with nexus one, nexus s and desire HD. I must say arc owned them all without any extra app

The galaxy s loudness is about the same of the arc but in terms sound richness and quality, the galaxy s wins, but not by much.
I just received this Galaxy Note and noticed that on youtube video playback, the HQ playback on various vids look grainy and somewhat pixelated. My friend has a Nexus and the same playback looks really clear. I've always heard great things about the Note's screen so I'm really surprised and disappointed. This is noticeable on different brightness levels. Can anyone suggest what I can do to determine if my screen has issues or if there is some setting I have to tweak?
You need to update your YouTube app as the default doesn't use hd, just hq. Also HD only works over wifi.

Thanks bud, updating the app worked.
HQ=480p. Obviously when you compare it to true HD, the HD will look better...

I hope you don't have the black clipping issue that is widespread on dark videos. By your're description of pixellation, it sounds like you might... :-(

I just got my note and it's showing the black clipping issues that are described here.... should I return my not and try to get one that doesn't have this issue?

As soon as you can, yes. Some units play almost unwatchable videos. Better units r out there

hmm.. This kinda reminds me of the Samsung screen lottery from a couple years ago lol... I'm going to do an exchange and see what happens

Looking for someone to please do camera tests with the note 3 since it now comes with some enhancement to help with low light situations and everyday photos. Please post.

My only question is how many megapixels were those shots for the note 3. And it seems to gather more of a area of the photo!

From memory I took those all in maximum resolution on widescreen aspect ratio.
Also I've since upload a couple more comparison sets.

I'd like to see how the Night Mode helps with a low light situation (noise-wise).

from the note 3(N9005) pics exif its clear it is using a new cam firmware........D13QSGH030A which differs from both I9500 and I9505 and my gut feeling is that in N9005 snapdragon version samsung might have used samsung sensor(bcos smasung camera modules have SGH codes) which might be capable of recording 4k videos while N9000 exynos might use the same IMX135 exmor RS sensor as used in I9500 without 4k recording........

I think 4k recording is purely based on the CPU, etc and not on the camera sensor. 13MP is 4808x2704 and 4k is just 3840×2160(8.3 MP) and only CPU should be able to make it shoot thirty 8.3 MP shots per second(i.e, 4k video at 30 fps). Pls correct me if I'm wrong!
I would like to know how is sound on video recording especially on loud environments such as concerts
Thanks

It's okay. I went to a concert the other night and was eager to see how it performed. The audio quality was much better than my old GNex, which couldn't handle loud at all. It's not as good as my dedicated flash video cam, but much better than my old phone.
