[Q] Merruk Kernel for stock deodexed rom?

Hi bro, can i flash merruk kernel deluxe version 2.5 in stock deodexed rom?
now i don't use any ROMs, because as some of my friends here in XDA said that there is no stable version of ROMs
but from now, i'm waiting for stable releases of HYPERION ROM and JELLYBLASTV3

[Q] Kernel Tweaker

Running the new 4.4.4 Mahdi rom on a Samsung Galaxy S4.. The pre-installed kernel Tweaker wont let me over clock. Can anyone help ??
