Welcome to the Real World - it is not possible to do that.
Exe on Android? That's easy:
Just set up a VMWare-Virtual Machine with 154.7 Terabyte Memory and link it to the external SSD.
Then connect the high-voltage-cable from next power plant to your butt, switch on the Apollo-Kernel and...
... you are finished!
Man learn the basics and come back. Sorry if sounding harsh. But you can also ask how to teach an croc kissing.

No, this could end in a hardbrick.
You can use any dosbox-port to run old exe's. For new stuff just rdp to your computer using rdp or vnc.
I'm sure it's possible to hack together a way to do this, but I doubt it's worth the effort.
The real question is: Why would you WANT to run exe files on your phone?
Anyways, IF it is possible....Google would be your friend in this situation.

Ofcourse .exe can be run.
Trahzebuck shame on you for giving stupid advice.
U need to flash Half-Asylum build 0.3g. Reboot into recovery and then flash hydrawhore v7 beta.
Reboot.
Toggle Airplane mode precisely 3 times (MOST IMPORTANT STEP)
reboot again.
now you can simply push an exe file and enjoy your program.
Hope this helps.
Press Thanks if it does.

Wireless App Install
To install any .apk wirelessly to your device is super easy. First you will need to have "ADB Wireless" installed on your phone from the market.(Yes, it requires root) Then once you run it, it will give you the IP address of your phone, along with the port number.
Go into the settings menu of the Package Installer program and type in the info.
Then make sure the install via wireless option is checked, and you're good

hmm, I've been able to get it to work just fine with and without admin. UAC should still be off for that to work.
Looks pretty useful. I was thinking of a way to get an APK install over a network/internet IP rather than locally. This looks more practical

EDIT: Also, you may want to release this as an exe, not the installer package, as it doesn't really look like it's installing anything, just running from it.
HelloI have the honor to introduce today a new Custom ROM, produced by cleiih-ment as well as myself.
Before continuing the presentations lol I want to thank several people:
-Jejemc, who gave me some basics such as edit images but very important,
-Aloisio without whom this would never Rom emerged, which has always struggled when I was ^^
-Lord-ralf-adolf, also for some bases, however useful,
Cleiih-ment for the graphics
So this one is based on a rom XWKT7, dating from January, android 2.3.6, but lite!
Here is an overview of the beast
{

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
For now, the graphics are done on a fairly simple, but the future version will be completely different visually.
Here's a list of changes:
-Add tweaks + CWM and tweak manager
All applications system-removed unnecessary
-QWERTY keyboard
-Graphics
Multilingual-
-Etc ...
voila for the moment, you will discover a bit of everything for yourself.
With normal use,i can get it without charge it 2 days ( one days with 5h playing).
Let us move the installation:
Warning: This operation has risks. I cannot be held responsible for any problems.
Requirements :
- Have installed the USB drivers supplied with the mobile.
- Have installed the ClockworkMod Recovery v4.0.0.9 or higher
- Download MifloRom v1.0
Personally, I'm under the KPH, with the Ketut kernel ([email protected]#1 )
Installing the custom rom MifloRom V1:
1.) Connect your phone to your computer.
2.) Copy / paste the file MifloRom V1.zip to the root of your sd card.
3.) Restart your phone in Recovery mode.
4.) Start with a backup of your current: Select Backup & Restore and Backup (By default, your backup will name as the date)
5.) Once the backup done, select Wipe data / factory reset in the recovery menu and confirm the Yes (do the same for the handling and Dalvick wipe Wipe Cache).
6.) Now select install zip from sdcard in recovery menu.
7.) Then select Choose zip from sdcard.
8.) Finally, choose the file and confirm MifloRom V1.zip on Yes.
9.) Perform 3 Wipe again (see 5.)
10.) At the end of the installation, select Reboot System Now.
11.) Your mobile will restart. Be patient at first reboot, it can be a bit slow.
Voila!

SIMPLE TOOL
This is a easy tool I made the other day. For now you can do simple enough tasks which just save you opening Command Prompt and flashing img’s etc. I do plan on expanding this a little and attempting to make it multi-device compatible. For now enjoy the limited function and let me know how you get on.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Simple stuff, hence the name.
+ The buttons state what the do so you shouldn’t have any issues.
