If you look on samfirmware.com they have official Asia Roms for the GSII, so one of them should work.

My dear friend,don't mean to be harsh,but please search before you post.There are a thousands of post of how to do all that and when you done upgrading feel free to look at my post on some tweaks here

Hi guys sorry for a noob question
My friend recently bought a galaxy s i9000 and it i on eclair . He wants to install MIUI ROM on this phone .
For that we need to be on 2.3.x firmware. . Can someone post the link of upgrading from eclair to gingerbread. Pls ?

camera and other function does not work..in my samsung galaxy spica

guys i m new here ..i hope this forum will resolve my problem,,,guys few days back i upgraded my samsung galaxy spica gt i5700 through (CM7.x for Spica Alpha 7.2 base package) to andriod 2.3 ..i got help through a net in upgrading ..it done smoothly because i follow step by step method..when i open my mobile i noticed that some function are disabled and doesn't perform in action.it create alot problem for me..specially camera is not working..i want downgrade andriod version to 2.1 eclair..because it was better then this 2.3 gingerbread ..please help me guys how i can downgrade
to 2.1 eclair..or guys resolve my problems in 2.3 ginger bread...i hope you guys will help me... i m waiting for you reply...please help

if you do not know, Tom is about to finish CM7,,,

Thanks bro..it works..but what about other ....my phone doesnt play mp4 videos smoothly and also gps and wireless problems..please also give solution of this.....
