How to install android on htc hd2 with win 6.5?
hey. ppl .. i want to install android on htc hd2 buyed yesterday..and i want dual boot option for win 6.5 and android... i never done it before ..

1.Your post is irrelevant, you clearly haven't read that he wants to dual boot.
[email protected] the first thing to do is to use the search button in the forums
3.The selected ROM is a NAND ROM and cannot be run via SD card. Go to the SD section.
4.Because of my immense generosity ( ), here's a guide:
Update to the latest stock ROM 3.14
Download an Android SD build and place the Android folder on the root of your SD card
Run CLRCAD then HARET via the file manager
Enjoy Android

its says i had 3.14.707 - rom version and 2.5.XX - manila version..?
do i still have to upgrade?

Do you have a brain? LOOK IN THE SD ANDROID SECTION FOR SD ROMS!
And no, no upgrade required in this case.

When you download and add the SD files to you SD card use the file explorer in windows mobile to run clrd and haret

hello guys i need some help, am from Ghana and i have HTC HD2 T Mobile with window mobile OS version 5.2.21913(21913.5.0.9), Manila version 2.5.20181424.0, Rom version 3.14.531.1(04666)WWE, Radio version 2.15.50.14 Protocol version 15.42.50.11U. Replace RUU_RUU_Mozart_S_HTC_RUS_5.10.411.01_5.69.09_RELEASE new driver
Replace some of the new HTC XAP (from Titan ROM or Radar ROM or Market )
Open Internet sharing
Fully unlock with IE download XAP , can be immediately downloaded and install it , see picture under
XAP unlimited installation, dozens of XAP than can be installed, I installed more than 30 XAP which download from the market, fixed market XAP update/install issue from DFT Freedom 7720 version.
ROM built-in HTC Deck , Tango, TouchXplorer, Registry Editor, in the pass XAP only can be installed via computer, DFT developed DFTInstall.exe so now all the XAP can be build-into custom ROM , of course need to see will be over the size of 512, this tool is strictly prohibited any theft, unauthorized use exception.

1. Before doing anything, make sure you have more than 50% battery!

I have Angry Birds and Fruit Ninja to test, both are working fine.
this is the way how to fix the sms bug（can't sent and receive sms）in DFT freedom
rom Version 2 for htc 7 Mozart , thanks for ego/ted973 provide this method.

download this xap , setup and run it , then use touchXplorer and go to \My Documents\My Ringtines , and copy SMS_Providers_OEM.dll to the Windows , reboot your device.

I haven't had any such problem, I have installed it's working fine.
Try some other browser to download.

Thanx neitin..but i read that i should not use hspl with Mango..it might brick the fone...is it true..moreover when i tried to flash hspl ...it says error connection 206..please help

if you have a bootloader with 4.xx or 5.xx spl (spl in tri colour boot loader screen) you must first flash to a nodo rom with lower spl. than you can flash rspl. rspl is enough. you dont need hspl for flashing custom roms! after flashing rspl you could flash the dft rom without bricking phone. hope could be of help.

Also please do tell if i restore my phone to an earlier ROM will it be as good as nodo...as i have a restore point created while upgrading to mango

i tried it several times but always . do you know what to do in this situation??

tried the wcab sender but the same probleme

First,thank you for your win live activation Code ;-).Im joking.i dont need it,but its better to hide those infos.
Second,you have a problem with a certificate of the cab file.
My question.Is this cab for another rom like yuki xbmod or smt?If yes,then it couldt work,or you must sign the cab with DFT certificate.
first of all there is no activation code in the pic. i use the cap downloaded from windows. so i donot think there is any sign. if you know how to update with cap can you tell me??
When i look at my cab sender,it tells me my activation code.
Could you tell me,what do you want to update/install with this cab file?

DFT Ultrafruit Rom is not updateble.The only rom that coult do it at this time is the one i use.Yuki XBmod v2 Mango with 7.10.8107 and sp Update.Updated with cabs.Or you can wait until friday.There will be released a rom with all good features from Yuki xbmod and DFT.

In the firmware there is no certificate that signed this cab file.
Ok Yes i am a Noob and am learning the hd2. I flashed with 1_HD2_Pdaimatejam_Rom_Wp7.5_mango_7.10.8107.79_v7.3.rar The Rom Works wonderfully, Thank you so much DFT and Pdaimatejam for making this even possible. I Installed developer tools as well as Zune. syncing isn't an issue but, I am having trouble installing .XAP games and .XAP apps however. Is there a tut i am not finding? or an update ? Is there a step i am missing ? Thank you all for your patience as I am learning this new world (to me) of phone development, as well as the setup of these awesome forums.

you can install XAP at many ways
1. upload xap to SkyDrive or any other place and install over IE
2. use BT File Trnsfer from DFT to send and install XAP
3. and install XAP with any XAP installer (when Zune running). you can use XapDeployX, Tom XAP Installer, or use Windows Phone Device Manager or Windows Phone Power Tools

Follow the advice of mwang on his profile. There is a lot of reading and studying to accomplish what you desire, but work hard enough and you may someday become a novice chef.

First, read everything here. If there were one simple utility to create Windows Phone 7 ROMs everyone would be creating their own. You have to learn to walk before you run, and the same goes for phone technology. DFT's site is in China, and there is a wealth of knowledge there, if you are adept in Chinese.
