Hello-
This may be a weird question-
I was wondering if any other tablets share the same dimensions as the A500 or are close enough so that the A500 can fit in it's protective case. A universal case might be OK if it's fitted, though I'm not looking for a slip/portfolio case. Also, I don't mind doing a little modding for things like speaker, camera, mic openings, but don't want to destroy the case if a lot of the fit is off.
I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
I ordered a kindle dx portfolio case, also claims to fit the viewsonic gtab. I'll update when i get it.

I am considering the following two cases for my new tablet. If anyone has experience with any of the cases please let me know if it holds the tablet properly and has the plastic holders on all four sides and my tablet won't slide out.

Cracked the screen the the point that the actual LCD is smeared (versus the glass)
I've seen replacement screen/digitizers for like $45 bucks on ebay....just curious if they are compatible because I couldn't find any screen replacements for the Fire HD 10 2019 edition. (I know it's selling for 99 bucks on amazon but I have a good heat gun and other screen replacing tools and would be willing to try it, as long as the part I am buying is actually compatible.

No screen replacement for Fire HD 10 2019. You can replace your Fire tablet to Amazon instead of screen replacement.
