I haven't seen the csc: P1000TMHJJ3 yet, but, you can perform a Roto Backup and revert to what you have now after you test other firmwares. Its a good idea to do even if you don't flash custom firmwares.
Listen to the gospel. I already saved my tab once with a roto backup.

Hi Rotohammer!
Thank you for your answer!
Unfortunately I am not expert like you.
The complicated procedure to me, I did not even do it.
So I'm waiting.
Thanks!

This firmware packages are only safe update for go back 4.3 versions. They're completely stock firmware without bootloader file(s).
If you're already 4.4.2 or lastest firmware, this packages not for you.

I do not understand what you are claiming here.
For instance for N9005 you are providing two 4.4.2 ROMs.
What can you DOWNGRADE with those 4.4.2 ROMs?

I would advise you to first go to About>>Software Update and check if their is any official firmware for your phone. If there isn't, then proceed to rooting your phone through ODIN and then select your favorite rom from XDA forums and flash it! WELCOME TO XDA ROOTED USERS GROUP!
And yeah, you may flash Official firmware but not from other carriers because they have different hardware dependencies.

I forgot to mention that I am already rooted! The only reason why I need to update to the latest version is because my data speeds are terrible. Hopefully, the latest update will fix it.

Bro.... if you're already rooted, then you will no longer be able to flash official OTA updaates that are provided by your carrier. BETTER look out for custom roms.....

Hi guz,
I want to downgrade my NOTE 4 from 6.0.1 to 5.1.1. I googled it and did show one of the thread on this forum using ODIN method for that. My problem is to find the correct firmware version for note 4.
My device info is given below
Model Number: SM-N910F
Baseband version: N910FXXU1DPB1
Build Number: MMB29M.N910FXXU1DPE1
Please help me on finding the correct firmware or suggest me on identifying the possible versions.
Thank you.
Go to sammobile and find the last released 5.1.1 firmware for your device.

Use any unbranded firmware mate, UK for example. By unbranded I mean try those which don't come with any carrier labelling, you know like O2 etc.

Yes, unless EE is a carrier name it should be unbranded.
Installing the EE firmware will also install EE's own remote phone locking software in the persdata partition (Which is a real pain to remove as it will keep coming back even if you flash a non EE firmware) as well as EE's bloatware.
Use the BTU firmware for a clean unbranded phone.

Downgrading on galaxy note 4
Hi....I just found your thread and wanted to know did the downgrade work in the end and what impact did it have on the phone. Did it improve? What were the reasons you decided to downgrade?
Thanks
