BUT JUST AFTER YOU MAKE SOME MODIFICATIONS IN IT
NEVER FLASH A FULL DEFY+ SBF ON DEFY(special on green lense)
if you dont know what is need to modified

I made a mistake by installing CM7 to defy (mb525) on my defy + (mb526)
With this rom my motorola is a recognized defy (mb525) in the settings, it still uses all its capacity? What is changing?
How to submit an original rom defy + (mb526)?

What Cyanogen build did you use?

It shows MB526(I think it's written in the bluid.prop)
Use the ROM sugested by Mister-Samossa or the last nighty whith those patchs.
I'm using the cm72-120127.0846-NIGHTLY-Defy+ with the patchs and it works very well: no FCs, camera works properly, battery life is good (2-3 days), charged until 100% and no gaps when discharging.

edit: I can just go from stock, it only requires a GB kernel, which my stock has.

You must install the patchs from [] AL [] using recovery->Install zip if you want a working camera and that battery can charge to 100%

You don´t need to flash any other SBF. I installed it over the stock 2.3.5 rooted.

i want to install ms2ginger 4 beta on my defy+, and i'm wondering which sbf i should flash before ms2ginger!
would ms2ginger have some difference based on a different sbf?
i've changed lots of roms and i think maybe i would be better to restore the phone to a clean sbf before flashing ms2ginger!
actually i'm on cm 7.2 and i flashed before this sbf:

I am using Defy + (MB526) running 2.3.6 Rom.
I want to downgrade my defy+ to froyo for MIUI rom. I tried many things to downgrade but i am unable to downgrade.Yesterday i was totally dead my defy+ but thanks to XDA i found the solution to live again my defy+.
I just want to know Can I downgrade my defy+.If yes then can I again come back to GB kernel ?
Please tell me the correct method to downgrade my defy+

If you are on BL7, you can kiss your camera good bye... at least for now, there is no way of downgrading from BL7 and SOC module does not work on GB kernel
Hello, a few hours ago accidentally delete the sbf file to flash, I do not remember if it was or nordic cee, I have a red lens defy btw, I read in other threads that could flash a sbf of defyplus, defy one, but not sure without asking here, I just need someone to recommend me which one to use as the basis for the latest builds of CM10 Quarx, thanks in advance.

You can flash file sbf BL7 ( as CEE BL7 MB526 < google search > ) for this case
hey all a while ago i installed Bl7 SBF its rooted on my MD525 and now it think it is MD526 but now i want to get a costum rom because the SBF i flashed dont support arabic language but when ever i get to install a custom rom the screen stays black and when i use 2ndit it goes to the bootloader screen not menu if any one can help ill be really thank full
am sorry its on BL9 :S guss that makes it worst

Its bl7 not bl9. If you want custom rom choise the quarx 12.23 latest 2ndboot build. Read this thread for more info about SBF's: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=966537 and also cm10 thread in dev section.
