Stop some heavy apps or clear your ram or reboot the device and try. Make sure u have enough space in internal memory

I was tried your advice and its not working (70 mb empty). And this problem started when I open my phone first time. It can be any problem in my phone?

Try dolphin browser HD. Its better than stock.

70mb free?
thats already loaded,
some apps might have been using the CPU,
get a good kernel like savie's, remove useless apps, get a good app killer, install v6 supercharger,
you can google on how to do those

Thanks!

memory problem???? 10gig in use?

i just bought a galaxy tab 10.1v
i have some small apps installed and one game (stupid zombies) and google body and when i check my installed apps it says i have 10gb in use and only 4 gb free? is this of the entire 16gb?
is this normal or something my fault?
Go to the "Storage" tab in settings. it will tell what is using all of the space.
It says 9.9 gb in use of programs?
Sent from my Nexus S using XDA Premium App
Try using Settings->Applications->Storage Use. That will show you which applications are using how much storage. It looks like the preloaded Dungeon Defenders uses a whopping 631MB. My next biggest app is Fruit Ninja THD (which totally surprised me) at 27.5MB.
Ok i will try but dungeon defenders isnt pre installed on mine?

I checked it and the program with the most memory in use is galery with 30mb but thats it. Still 9.9 gb in use??? Someone help?
Sent from my GT-P7100 using XDA Premium App
I would try a factory reset, and check again. Something is definitely not right.
I already tried it yesterday and the same day it saying 9.9gb in use

There is not a "Total In Use" field in the Storage view of the Settings app.
The fields are "Total Space", "Available" and one field for each application.
What are these fields in your case?
9.9 in Use and 4.2 free

You are not looking to the Storage view in the Settings app. Where are you getting these values from?
Please, go to the Storage view in the Settings app for real and report what you see there.
I find my values with
Menu
Settings
Apps
Memory use
Do i have to look somewhere else?

Yes, go to Settings->Storage
Ok found it
Total 14,12gb
Media 23,12 mb
Applications 10,02 gb
Available 4,08gb
And i have no games installed

OK, now that we know that some apps are consuming the 10GB, go where you went before (Settings->Applications->Storage Use), select All applications and, one by one, check the Total Storage field for each application in the list.

My mistake, I thought it was pre-installed, but I don't really remember - my initial startup was a blur because I botched the initial link to my google account and then when I went back to connect to Google it didn't feel compelled to download any of my account's apps and so I spent an hour or so manually installing a bunch of stuff that I don't remember.
the biggest is the original gallery app and it is 30MB
Try to uninstall Google Body, I read somewhere that caused this issue.
i uninstalled it yesterday but the issue is still the same?
Start from here:
https://supportforums.motorola.com/thread/46601?start=0&tstart=0
I don't know, probably this is the same issue.

XDA Rendering

Is it just me or has the page rendering on XDA gone bonkers when viewing from the Tablet?
I changed over to the rather ugly XDA Classic theme that fixes the rendering issue but what's the deal with page rendering on the XDA 2010 theme when viewing from the Tab?
Did something change in the css as I am getting this issue on ALL custom ROMS..
+1... they break something after "maintenance "
Man, am I glad I saw this thread. Thought I was going nuts!
Yeah thanks for starting the thread. I was just about to spend who knows how much time trying to figure out which app was killing all my memory.
It's being 2 days now and the bug in XDA web is still there... it makes hard to read site on a tablets (I've tried Dolphin HD and standard Android browser).

Why not just use the XDA HD app frm the Market for your XDA needs instead of viewing directly from the Browser?

I think you quoted the wrong person. Of course that's what I do, but trying it for the others having problems using the browsers and everything is fine. No issues like they're having in both browsers they mentioned and a couple others everything is fine...
I don't like xda app and yes they fixed CSS... so all good now.

Try another kernal I had that issue on air kernal I'm trinity violent kernel now

It's a APP problem, not a kernel issue...
I have this too... I think after installing the chrome app...
Do you have the chrome app?
I've only had this happen while running Miui gingerbread roms. Which rom/kernel are you using?
I HAVE THE FIX. Go so settings>apps>all apps (you will have to scroll the bar over to see this option)>download manager (not "downloads")>clear data. Should fix it.

With gb miui, that only worked for one or two downloads, then the behavior would return.
Not sure which rom the op is running, but that was the case with some gb roms. Luckily, I've long since upgraded to ics and no longer have that issue.
Same here but it gets annoying having to clear data a few times a day

I agree, it sucks (I'm using ICS rom.)
I usally try to download using another browser(firefox beta) when download fails.
It is a lot better than clearing app's data.

I use 5 different browsers then download the file using 1 browser at a time. So far. Most of the time the browser that least use do the job. In my case Mozilla Firefox

App Update sloooooww

Hello.
I have this problem (only with google play only with nexus7): the app updates are ssooooo slooowww (really slow...).
It's so strange. I had no problem a week ago.
I don't understand: i have tried:
-delete google account
-empty the cache of service, google play and so one + reboot...
And nothing.
The strangest thing is the other function are normal: Nexus 7 runs well, chrome runs well... all the internet services are perfect...
An idea???
Thanx
i hope im in the right section ^^
Have you checked your free space? I know my updates slow to a crawl when I am down to my last 500mb of space
i have plenty of space (32gb)...And i have some problems ONLY with google play app updates... nothing else! :crying:
up... please
So you are sure it couldn't be related to your internet connection because all the other things are running as well as before?

I have around 950mb now.
Used to be 1100-1150 before the update.
I clean chach every day, got task killer, and clean master.
Mostly usage is youtube, internet ( stock browser), and music player.
So its mostly likely that the update caused about 200mb less

Samsung s4 android 4.3 does have a lot of lag time to time. after about 6 weeks I got sick of it and flashed the i9505G rom.
Used the Samsung s2 and S3 and they was no lag.
only thing I dont like about the i9505 rom is that it dont save pictures to the sd card.
Got a new update........
Fone seems more smooth now.
Anybody noticed this..???
