original rom - Flyme - 116mb (for porting purposes only)

hopefully someone on here can port it
Well get to work! You can port it as there are no more devs working on the D2

smh
Looks very interesting, i would love to give it a try. My current rom is miui 2.2.10 and its pretty much rock solid, everything works. I'm still hoping someone is working on cm10 for the d2. Can't wait to try JellyBeans.
If the hardware tweaks that got the camera and everything else working for CM9/MIUI V4, etc work on this then it should be doable to make it smooth but I don't know that there's enough interest for people to get at it. The last few issues with both previously mentioned Roms still need to be cleaned up.
Anyway, there are two or three tutorials on porting Roms to any device so as said above if you're liking what you see why not go for it yourself? =D
That actually looks so good. Especially for the outdated D2. Plus that Meui MX(?) Phone in the vid was nice. Loved the changing dot capacitive buttons. Very ingenious. I want it. I wish i knew how to port something like this, but saidly I dont.

If this great interface works on Desire and Nexus is it possible to create ROM four our phones?

Freaking awesome looking interface, i would donate my ass off. If someone makes a quality build with this!
+1
like watching a Jackie Chan film...is that speeded up?
looks the bollox whatever it is.
this is enterily possible. withouth the need for having an entire rom for it. the interface, is essentially an application. change the home app, you change the interfacfe.
I bet something similar could be done using sweeterhome (which is still annoyingly in beta stages)#
On Desire section they have already tried it and reported great speed.

Hardly, because there is so much more than home app and framework-res.apk, as been told in thread in Desire section.
I'm sure it is seeing how there's a desire rom, and mybe some of the dev's here will be able to port it like they have done with the evo, desire, desire hd rom's

People working on it and making progress.
Hi XDA-people!
Just wanted to ask if it's possible to replace the caller screen (not the dialer) on cm7 with the one from MIUI or it needs some porting?
Talking about the screen where you accept/decline calls and what is active in-call.
I replaced The phone.apk - no go - no reception, no calls.
I also modified the MIUI APK with stuff from the Original - same.
If it is not possible, to use the MIUI call screen, it is possible to modify the default one to use a different wallpaper?
Why won´t you just change ur ROM mate? I am runing on MIUI for 2 months and (its only my personal opinon) its much better than CM7...

I am also interested in this thread, but changing ROMs is out of the question. I have tested MIUI for about a month and, in my opinion, it just doesn't have the functionality that I get from CM7. It's just a shame that it looks so nice!
Same, I'm coming from MIUI, too. OXygen is much faster and don't have lags like I did with MIUI X-Part or A2SD+.
Plus I did not like the launcher in MIUI

Best rom ever tried, even faster than Oxygen and including MIUI modded camera apk by Yorzua and latest release of GO launcher EX : just perfect

All of your posts in the last week or so have been advertising this ROM. You aren't even contributing anything to this discussion, as the only MIUI-ish part about it is the camera. Stop spamming please
There's just....too much of the same.

I don't you know how that meme works.
And there are many useless threads also...
Maybe the developers are trying to get the best of the latest? And the fact most of us are bored of Gingerbread lol.

Valid point.
my personal belief is that there are many ports from Xperia Arc, and S.
I'm starting to worry that in the future the only way to talk with others would be through memes or signs.
Anyway, some people accept Sony's decision and the others don't, where's the problem?
This thread isnt meant to be taken too seriously, but what i mean is that much of the stuff is basicly direct ports off of the same devices.
Sent from my Xperia Play using XDA
we started with 2 ports mine ray port and aaron187 arc port.
now there are 3 more ports, from what i saw it is too much.
and the only differences are: one with touchpad (already working on that for V3 of my port) and one with some other apps
Don't forget MIUI ICX as well
I'm not one fr ICS roms but I'm really really enjoying MIUI at the moment
Not sure what to do with this....

He's not fooling anyone, he's posting useful rom material.
At least he didn't fool me, a person who can read?
This Flyme looks nice, I'm very interested but my rom baking skills are rusty; I'll have to think about who PM about this port, maybe MIUI developers?
You don't get humor? It does look interesting, yes

Hi Folks,
I have a bone stock S4 that has served me well for the past 4 or whatever years. I have tried resetting the phone several times, but it just feels sluggish in normal tasks, and it really shouldn't.
Stability is most important to me though, and admittedly the stock Sprint ROM is not great in that regard. No random reboots or anything, but just slow as hell!
Any input would be great, not sure if anyone is even still using an S4 on Sprint

I'm using a 720T on Boost, but I've been getting really good results from the PACman Lollipop ROM. May be because I live in an area with mediocre signal strength, but network stability has been a pretty big issue with a lot of other ROMs. My phone just seems to work best with PAC. Here's a link:
https://s.basketbuild.com/filedl/de...ial/pac_jfltespr-lp-mr1-Official-20150902.zip
Thanks for the intel guys
It looks like WickedX is still being supported - I am going to give it a try and see if it works well for me!
I had PAC on my old S3 and I loved it, will give that a go as well

Cyanogyn mod is a great rom despite the unfortunate fact that it shut down and is not receiving updates anymore. Thumbs up if this helps
In another thread OctOS was referenced which can be found at teamoctos.com/oct-n-weekly-lineageos-base/oct-14.1/jfltespr/
