Help me localizing my wizard

Hi all,
I am trying to enable my wizard (O2 mini S) to recognize arabic langaue, with no success so far.
I have tried to upgrade to the arabic kjam ROM, but the upgrade setup told me that I cant install the upgrade on my phone (strange!).
Is the a way to enable my wizard to recognize arabic (or any other language is equally applicable) without upgrading my ROM cause I am afraid that I will damage my phone if I retry upgrading it? or must I upgrade my ROM?
plz help, I am totally lost and you are my last hope, any information is very welcome.
I have posted this issue before but with no response at all! so I hope I will find help this time.

Rom Update Crisis For Atom

Dear friends please help me.
In my previous posts i had mentioned that my atom is not syncing (via usb or bluetooth) nor is it charging as there seems to be a problem with the motherboard.
I am trying to sync via infrared. Please help me with the information whether the ROM can be upgraded with the one on the o2 website via infrared.

bro, ROM can be upgraded using the storage card. Simply put the diskimg at the root of ur card den enter bootloader mode (press center button+power+soft reset hole) Hope its help!

Brother Fist of all thanks a million for responding. Brother I am a newbie hence I do not know much of the process you mentioned above. Please tell me in detail step by step what to do. Right now I am downloading the ROM from the O2's website and keeping on my system.
Waiting for your kind reply please let me know.

The english 3238+-English-6.5.rar
Worked on my phone k3 T3238
unzip it then change its name to k3img.bin and copy it to sd card on phone.
Turn off phone.
hold down vol down and call (green) key and press power key to turn on phone.
it will then find image on sd card and start installing it..

Yes same here can someone attach it without the password,i can't extract it..keeps coming up with wrong password..???

I have a Galaxy Y with creed's rom 3.5. Now, suddenly, it shows "No service". I dialed *#1234#, and the screenshot is attached below. Please, I need some help.
PS.: I dont have a PC now, if I had, I would just flash modem with Odin.

the only option would be reflashing to a stock rom

You should switch back to your stock rom.....or install through oddin

Dear all,
i was using my s4 until it worked fine. then it started lagging and all such problems started to appear so i flashed a russian stock rom via odin (the latest one). once i did that, the phones network disappeared. there was no network when i inserted sim. then i figured i should flash another rom of my region (Pak) so i did that. and once i did that, i could see the signal bars but when i made a call it showed the following error *network not registered* then i pressed *#0011# and saw there in basic info *imei_certi fail*
now i dont know what to do.
please help me out
