Okay...stack ranking time....number 1 being my first choice
1) Brown
2) Blue (already have it)
3) Red

The world has had so many grey, black and white products that having a bit of colour is great in my personal opinion. However, the red may be too "out there" for me although it does make me go "wow". I felt the brown is something subtle but chic and unique and I would love to see that one up close. But other than that, I am more than happy still with the blue one!

Seen the reed in person at the AT&T store - it's a really nice color with the pearly paint thing going on. Definitely like the brown version. I have the white, which is still the best option of the current three colors for us in the US, in my opinion.

Ok guys seriously we have to figure this one out xD
Everyone on the internet sais that white phones get really ugly and dirty/yellow after like 3 months of using them.
It seems the grey Note II is having delivery issues here in Germany, but the white one is not soooo...
well are the rumors true, is white such a unpractical color for a smartphone? What about using the phone in a very dark room?
Does the white phone distract from the movie or book or whatever you do with the phone?

Just get the white...it's not nearly as bad as you would think. At least that was the case with my Note 1.....the back cover does get a little dingy after a while. But those are easy enough to replace. Or just get a case. As far as media goes there is no problem i noticed.
get a cover some white devices are prone to staining but not all and the note 2 should be using hyperglaze which shouldnt be very prone to staining

Well ive had the white HTC Sensation XE and it did turn a bit yellowish after say 5 months or so, but it goes completely clean after u just rub it with an eraser.. the material is however different from the Note 2 which is my next phone in Titanium gray,
its a personal preference to me, as i have used a white phone all this long so now i will turn to gray,
But i wonder if the plastic body of the note will easily catch a yellowish color, it will look really bad... hence i myself will not prefer a white Note 2,

I prefere the Titanium over the white, but I also think the Pebble Blue would look nice too
The titanium definitely looks awesome, but I don't think the white would stain at all from my experiences with the SGS3.

Black. I don't like white phones in general (apart from the HTC One's aluminum color), and white Samsung phones add a special level of cheapness that's only rivaled by LG and Chinese manufacturers. The black S2 looks just a bit more premium.

Same, I generally prefer black devices.
However I feel the opposite. The black S2 looks cheaper than white in my opinion. The back is sort of rough which makes it look like its plastic straight away, whereas the white one is glossy and smooth, which is nice.
The white also reminds me of the iPhone 4 which does suit white very well.
Had I the choice, I'd have gone for the white, but my S2 was purchased on launch day, before the white was announced.

Black, and happy with it. I don't like white devices (phones, tablets, laptops, anything at all). I could go with some sort of dark matte metallic finish, if it was available. But black is always a good neutral option, no complaints about it.
P.S.: The racism comment made me laugh... I also heard people say white phones are gay. Sorry, but I couldn't care less about political correctness crap, and I am finding such remarks just funny.

Black for me. Boring maybe but I'm not really a fan of white phones. And I really don't like how the camera and sensor holes look on the white face- they look out of place. I wish Samsung would extend the ear speaker to be longer across the top and put the sensors in the same slot. It seems it would look better, at least IMHO.
What I really want to see are the different cases in person; I'd love a nice real leather back and cover that isn't too bulky but think the flap may be annoying in every day use.
Nice to know that the note 3 will be used by a bunch of hippies.

Verizon says I can have any color I want as long as it happens to be black....
I'm getting a black phone, of course. I'm a man after all.
I like white phones but I rely on the LED notification a lot!
I notice that on black phones the notification led seems more pronounced with the darker surrounding background, on my white S4 I sometimes miss it when I glance at the phone from a distance.
Stupid reason from some but it's a real good reason to choose black for me.

I'm thinking white, my Iphone 5 is white and has the same black bezel around the screen, making it look smaller, but I don't really mind.
White looks a bit more trendy and different. I've only had grey/black phones so up until now and I'm in love with the iphone's white looks. The G2 looks really nice in white too - grabs more attention.
Only one thing - do you think the silver paint on the back buttons might wear out faster?

I have a white G2 with a black Diztronic tpu case and I love it. The white looks really nice and doesn't show fingerprints without the case.

I have white in all honestly I love the phone in white it makes the screen and everything pop out more for me. Granted notification led doesn't look the best compared to the black model but I would definitely go for the white. Most people have black anyways and with most cases being black now it just doesn't look good with the phone being black. I have the otter box case and black on white looks amazing with this phone.

I was gonna buy the white one because the black version didn't look good in videos and photos, but when i saw it close up i was convinced to get the black one.
I went with black.
Black and red tech devices makes my heart glow.
Thus, black G2 with a dark red matte case makes me happy.
White with a white case works for me

No, a white phone is not girly. I had a white Note 2 and it was awesome except when it was getting dirty. I still don't know too which color to get, but I'm leaning towards black. They both look awesome IMHO.

For me it comes down to fingerprints. My last couple of phone have been white and white is what I've pre-ordered.
Last year I bought two Galaxy S4's. The white for my wife and the dark blue to me. I had both near me most of the time and was able to compare anytime... It happened that I liked the white so much more than the "black" and now everytime I have the chance I'll get the white one. ?
But.. Obviously it's a personal taste. There's no better or worse. And I agree with the above post, there's nothing of "girly" on a white phone.
Edit: it's stupid I know but two or three times I dropped my s4 on the floor because it was over my laptop keyboard or over the closed lid and when reaching out my laptop on a dark room I didn't saw/remember it was there. That's another really really personal reason I'd go with the white. ?

I had a white Galaxy S3, Note 2 and Galaxy Camera and I liked them a lot, but decided on a change to black for the Note 3. It was then I realised that black is better for screen contrast especially when watching videos. I've never had a fingerprint issue and I feel it just looks more premium.
So my answer is: White is not a girly colour, the pink obviously feminine and possibly even the gold in my opinion. The black Note 4 looks more premium and that's the colour I have ordered!

This! It goes so well with the Samsung TW this time and in general i really like Note 4 much more in the white color.
I got black Note 3 when it was released and i wasn't crazy about it, but imo Note 4 looks so much better in white.
I also have white Tab S 8.4 so they will go great together. And no i don't think that white is girly. Pink is for the girls.
I have a white note 2. I am glad I chose white and did again on the note 4. My wife has a black note 2 and the black just seems to show any scratch or dirt more prominently. It's kind of like a car. A white actually shows less dirt than a black. They are both nice colors though so it is just personal preference.

You have a point. Makes me think twice in getting the white one. Currently have the grey note 2
I ordered white, usually have mostly black phones as well. But my note 2 was white, note 3 was black so now going back to white. I feel like the phone pops out more which is great for such a powerful little beast.

I went black this time. This huge phone will get enough attention as it is. My s3 is white. I am not a huge fan of the contrast between a black screen and the white bezel.
