nobody can help you with that, as the rom is banned, as well as the op in that thread
That ROM is banned from XDA, hence why we (moderators) removed the download link.
And again, no discussion of banned ROMs, how many times do we have to tell the Galaxy Y users in general about this...

Hi guys,
I am trying to find the latest MIUIandroid rom for I747m, which I think is version 3.9.27 found at this thread:

But when I try to download it from the link mentioned in the above thread (page 1), the download is very slow and never finishes downloading, beraks at like 60megs.
I already tried to download it at different time of day..etc always the same issue.
Is there another mirror with the file? Also, which file should I download Multi-Lang MIUIv5 JB4.2 d2att 3.9.20 REBASE or Multi-Lang MIUIv5 JB4.2 d2att 3.9.27 (what is rebase ?)
both files have the same downloading issue.
