Has anyone gotten Splashtop's win8 metro testbed app to work on the N7? through like a build prop edit or something, since it's not compatible in the plays store?
i'm abit rusty on editing the buildprop for this kinda stuff

Its on the play store but its incompatible, so it won't directly appear/download if you do get to it

Anybody know why my nexus shows the same video twice? I tried deleting one of the videos, since they both play. When I delete one though they both do.

I think its because there are two different locations technically, they are linked together so if you modify one it modifies the other. Try clearing the cache in gallery and see if that helps.
