yes english one is there, available in HK and SG.

A small question, I am new to all this.
A month ago I bought a HTC Diamond 2 from a friend off mine.. but it was in French.
Now is my question, when HTC releases the new WM 6.5. I can upgrade for free.. but can I select the language into Dutch, or will I receive the french version again, but the orginial software was French?
I hope that someone can help me with this.

so if I download the new WM 6.5 from the website off HTC.. I can't choise for the dutch version ? S

You will probably need to enter your S/N on your handset on htc's website in order to download the update. This will result in you getting back the french version, but as we all know XDA will deliver the WWE/English version here and/or give you link to the official update in all available languages.

Usually, official rom upgrades check previous version/language. You should normally not be able to change language. You'll probably need to use tools to bypass language check, or use cooked roms.
I think it may not check the previous language.
I send a email to HTC and they told me..
You can only get the language version that was original with the smartphone.
But I think I'm gonna wait untill I'm gonna find a dutch version on Xda.
Then I'm gonna have I think.. a better version then the original...
You have to install Hard SPL. Then you can install the language you want.

it exists somebody already uploaded it but the link is dead.. the uploaded file was ruu_spark_vodafone_nl

Nope, it does exist.
The ROM is in English though. Vodafone NL started the sales of the Trophy in january 2011. The (current) ROM is in English, allthough they will probably update the ROM with the Dutch language as soon as it is available for WP7.
Besides of the language issue, the "NL ROM" is the 'only' way to update the branded phone with the help of an executable - since the phone is provider locked.
Ah, is that what he meant. I would hardly call that a Dutch ROM though

It's a Original Windows 8 RTM for suscribersr downloable, with out any intermediates. And in follow languages:

I found this article which is very interesting - http://bit.ly/Q8BAvC. It tells us that maybe Metro UI is not that new and innovative as we think .
FYI though, this is available on MSDN and TechNet. You get what you get depending on your sub level.
