Here is the package that became very popular in Greece and loved by many users. Lite versions do not contain visual changes, custom themed apps, custom fonts and generally do not alter the appearence at all
Installation:
Through xRecovery or CWM Recovery, make a full backup. Then, transfer the zip to your sd card and through CWM Recovery, install it. It is not required to do full wipe. The first boot might be slower than normal.
Various instructions:
Use of Rescan Media Root:
This app disables android's feature to search for media after boot. Disabling this increases our boot speed. Open the app and select "disable media scanner". Close the app and you are ready.
Modules:
Modules for rom (dualtouch, undervolt etc) are included in the tweak so you just install your rom and then you install the tweak.

It should be ok and with custom kernel. Although you need to remove modules from the zip before installing. And i can't guarranty you that it will work perfectly. Some users reported that it was running fine

Have tried the Update 21.2 without full wipe.
Using GDX V21 with Alfs KernelSo far everything seem normal
Confirm working: Call, SMS, Wi-Fi, 3G (Data)
Performance:
1) Notice the screen more responsive.
Bug (??)
1) Center clock not working
2) Pattern lock screen seem different (Not as tidy/nice as original)
3) No Kernel info found in "About Phone"

Thank you for the feedback my friend! Sorry for the bugs but they are due to change of framework (xgin framework customized by me because it is very beautifull). If you can live with those bugs then it is ok Do you like the appearence?

It was built for x8 so it doesn't matter if it is ok with you

Its really make my phone have a better performance,but i dont like the visual changes,my opnion is that you should make a performance-related only tweak,whitout changing the apperance,but its a great tweak anyway!

At start i released it as a tweak that only was performance related. If there are also others that don't want visual changes, i'll make a version of the tweak without visual changes and an addon that if you install it, it changes the appearence. I think in that way everyone will be happy

@ |OP| can you remove that SE framework and put regular one, also remove modules.. we don't need it..
it will be the best tweak EVER if you also can fix those remaining bugs! (which WILL be fixed if you remove se framework)

It is a really good idea to separate performance tweaks from visual changes.

Procedure -
1) Download this file and place it in your sd card.
2) Make sure you have ClockWorkMod recovery 5 (or any other recovery
based on CWM5 such as PX Recovery) installed and your device is rooted.
Download CWM 5 from here -

3) Switch off your phone.
4) Boot into recovery mode by pressing home+power button simultaneously.
5) Wipe Data, Wipe Cache

The Galaxy NOTE Lockscreen make me feel like want this ROM so badly. But, is there anyway to port the SGSII v5 of adrenoace team's music player to this ROM? Music player with beats and drop down notification control.

i dnt think it would work. i just tried an XWKT7 theme (it may be an older version of that theme, not sure) and it didnt work. the framework is not compatible.
but you can always make a nand backup and try

Yes it's auto, but if you wanna move dalvik, u have to use the command. Better still, install A2SDGUI from market for easier control.

No themes yet, hoping to get some soon, according to tj_droid. Battery life: see screenshot. Not bad I think at night I put it to airplain mode, but I used it normally, maybe a bit heavier than avarege. 12% is almost good.

I don't use that mod, but I remember, that there's no fix. UOT kitchen must work, just watch out for the settings. For me it worked.

Okay, first thing I want to say is that I ported this. Andy Thomson did the hard work in bringing the latest MIUI builds to the GT-I9000. My ports include some tweaks and personal options that I like/enjoy. He and I have a mutual understanding that if we find a fix or improvement, we share them. He was gracious enough to let me port off of him, and didn't even ask for credit or recognition, just fixes. This guy's awesome, gotta give it to him.

This rom has been updated with Build.prop tweaks (Seen in 3rd post) in order to make your captivate run faster than the Flash, leap taller buildings than Superman, and teleport faster than Goku. I hope you all enjoy!

1. Use ODIN to flash to a stock rom. (1-Clicks available in stickie'd post in the Android Dev forum). KK4 Should be fine, rooted kernel (w/o bootloaders)
2. Boot into recovery using 3-button method
3. Provided you have the update.zip for CWM on your sdcard... Reinstall Update.zip
4. Again select Reinstall Update.zip
5. In Clockwork Mod, select Wipe Data/Factory Reset
6. select Wipe Cache
7. Install ROM.
8. Your phone will probably reboot during installation and bootloop.
9. Use 3 button method again and hold it until it boots back into recovery
10. Install rom again
11. Enjoy
Best practice is to always start from stock. If you're like me, start at step 2, skip to 5, proceed.

You must've caught the version that was having updater-script issues, I've updated the link since then. I took it down when I started to get reports of that issue. Try the new link and let me know. It's the same one I've got flashed onto my phone.

Gmail downloaded, opened, sync'd.. a few test e-mails sent and received.. no crashes thus far. I've also been able to use the widget.
Where exactly are you experiencing the issue?
Have you tried to clear data/cache from the g-mail app?
Did you try to redownload the app as well?
Let me know.

In many ways it's similar. Part of the reason that I ported a rom and work on it rather than using other's is because I dislike waiting for a fix to come out in.. 3 days.. 6 days.. sometimes a week or two. I find an issue, or have an issue reported, I work on it until it's fixed. I have family members that use the same rom(s) I use, it's easier to fix issues if it's a rom I ported, rather than waiting on others. Also, I'm pretty new to this, so I havn't done too awful much yet.
Just gonna have to wait and see I guess.

9.Reboot after the flashing completes. 1st reboot may take 3-4 minutes. After 1st reboot and setting account, 2nd boot is recommended.

1. Use link2sd application from PlayStore for using partition of your sd card. It's not included in this ROM
2. Please don't use mixzing equalizer. It will not work. Use AudioFX instead which is already included in this ROM under widget.
3. If you use different launcher than the default one, the icons which are themed white may be replaced with the icons provided with installed launchers.
4. FM radio is the default application from CM team without RDS. The radio uses Bluetooth chip for transmission. So it will start bluetooth when you power on FM. It's normal and not a bug!
5. This ROM allows upto 964Mhz OC, but those who wants to get higher batterybackup, just underclock your CPU. Here's the trick posted by me : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=27469465&postcount=26
6. Those who want to change icons Just search on playstore with "adw launcher theme" and you will find 100s of icon packs! For this theme I will suggest Aerish adw theme since the icons are taken from the same.
7. For USB th please Download this app and install: http://code.google.com/p/android-wired-tether/downloads/detail?name=wired_tether_1_4.apk&can=2&q=. Did not got the reply from developer so can't add in the ROM.
8. For better GPS fix according to your location you can edit system/etc/gps.config with following. By default it's europe and it works well with almost everywhere. Tested by myself in India(Asia).Only do the changes if you know what you are doing.

Been testing your rom for a few days already. Let me start by saying Great Work!. It has great speed, and battery duration, it also feels very smooth while handling.
A few problems I've found:
On Google Play, I'm not able to install Foursquare because it detects it as an non compatible device, when it works on all the other roms i´ve tried.
When using S2E, works fine until you try to install an application from the SD card, then it reboots everytime you try.
Also, when you try to connect to the PC via Wondershare or any other software that connects to the phone and is able to install apps, It reboots everytime it tries to install one.
The last 2 only happen with S2E installed. Removed it and tried with Link2SD and that one works fine. Could you add the S2E support?
I haven´t found the non-compatible device problem with the other apps that I use, but there could be others.

Maybe try installing Foursquare off market. Also Link2SD will work with this ROM. I suppose it's the kernel issue! I will update this in my 1st post.

Also i have found when using cronmod int2ext4+ the batery script has lost it abilty to make battery monster.
The battery jump so fast to drop for about 8 - 10 hours normal use. I try it full charge in the morning and then charging at noon..

Flashing Procedure:-
1.Download the ROM.
2.Boot to CWM 5 Recovery
3.Wipe Data/factory reset
4.Wipe cache
5.wipe dalvik Cache and battery stats.
6.Flash ROM.
7.Reboot
First reboot takes time.Have patience. ​​

F.A.Q.s:-
1.Hey I flashed the ROM and I don't see any music in the Google play music player?Why is that so?
Well that's a known problem and happens sometimes.No need to panic,the songs will appear in the music Library of Google play after a few reboots.
2.Hey why didn't you set up a default theme like the other ROMs? like the S3 theme or Xperia Z theme?
Well,I don't like including theme.apks in the ROM.In Future Updates we will Theme the ROM.
3.Hey I wanted to take a Log from aroma installer and I selected "save logs" but I don't see a log.txt
Well,to save the Logs,you will need to click Save logs and Ok 5-6 times for the logs to be saved.
4.Hey Why are there no mods in this ROM like Center Clock,Transparent status bar,etc?
Well I don't have access to my laptop now so I didn't make the mods and also there are others who don't like these mods preinstalled.If you Want them then when I get access to my laptop I will add them as Add-ons.​​

Holo Launcher HD instead of the Trebuchet Launcher
SRS Sound Mod included(After setting up the ROM,use Root explorer app and go to /system/app and find SRSPanel.apk and select it and install it and then SRS Equalizer(SRS extreme)will be active)
Phoenix Wallpapers app(Select wallpapers by long press on homescreen and select Phoenix Wallpapers)
No theme as I want to keep this as pure CM10.1(users can download their favorite theme and install it)
Internal space(memory) that I got upon fresh install was 130 MB
RAM free after first boot was nearly 140 MB
Very Smooth ROM.
Samsung Galaxy SIII Bootanimation.
Removed Email.apk and Exchange.apk(if you need it then I will attach it as a CWM installable Zip File)
Removed Aroma Installer Because it was making the ROM zip file too big in size and also giving errors.
Install the ROM and feel the smoothness yourself

it isnt that hard if you do know a bit of git or just post it here and i will submit the wallpapers to git
do make sure the wallpapers are of min size 1080x960 so we can resize them with ease

i will explain now how to add you're own wallpapers and pull to my git
inside drawable-nodpi add ur wallpaper like USERNAME_wallpaper_1.jpg * make sure size is 960x800 for nodpi
also add same USERNAME_wallpaper_1_small.jpg and make sure this size is 212x189 *add this png aswell with same size to drawable-xhdpi
for drawable-xhdpi add ur wallpaper like USERNAME_wallpaper_1.jpg * make sure size is 1260x960 for xh/hdpi
then add ur wallpaper name into
res/values/wallpapers.xml
wich currently looks like this

Its got Aroma installer also with lots of options
its also got An awesome Wallpaper Chooser.
also in future updates there will be mods and theme also.

2. No camera rotation in video mode.
3. Photo editing don't work.
Suggestions:
1. "Fixed-Int2ext4+-Android-4.2.1" in installation.
2. CM9-GPS_Fix_V4-Europe just 176kb in installation.
3. Different file manager.
4. Remove voice dialer.
5. Why 2 wallpaper managers?
Needs update:
1. Google play music
2. Terminal
3. Apex Laucher
All in all this is just my opinion.

lockscreen works dude.
Just reboot the phone a few times and the Widgets load up.

well about the apps that need update you can update them from play store.
We were going to include int2ext4 and other scripts in installer but the scripts were messing up the installer so we removed it.
I am not sure if CM9 GPS fix will work with CM10.1 and if you wanna try it then you can flash that GPS fix. anyways GPS works on this ROM.
well CM Filemanager is provided for the initial requirements.You can install other 3rd party file manager which you like.
Well there is only one file manager named "Phoenix Wallpapers",The other one is because of the CM10.1 gallery.
I don't feel the need to remove Voice Dialer.
Xperia Bootanimation is made by BadBoy101,you can report bugs in his thread.
About the Camera,the bugs are same as in CM10.1 by Bieltv.3
if Photo editing doesn't work,then you can download 3rd party app like Littlephoto or PicsArt and edit your photos.

Well the battery life depends on your usage.
But if you wanna know about the battery life then it is same as the battery life in CM10.1 ROM by Bieltv.3.
battery life depends on screen ON time,Wifi usage,3G usage,brightness and other parameters.
so make sure to keep the brightness minimum and other things like switching off wifi when not in use and the battery will last for a day

On opera mobile, I click download & when I save the file, it says download failed right away. And one more thing, I don't think the cm10.1 bugs are still fixed right? And have you tried maclaw's cm10.1 ? You can even enable soft keys on it ! Only bug is the LED flashlight toggle.
