JB 4.1 Source & Firmware Just Uploaded - Transformer TF300T General

Just noticed support.asus.com has the JB firmware and source uploaded to site.

Just US, or are the WW and TW builds included?
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using XDA Premium HD app

Looks like US only as for right now, keep checking the asus site as they might be in the process of updating right now.

There it is, now since I have never messed with other firmware's before, I will assume, I shouldn't flash a US firmware if I have a WW device?

Definately wait for your WW firmware
ANd incase you dont know how to flash the file. Download the file on the ASUS Support site(v10 epad launcher..), unzip this file and copy it to your SD card, then flash. Although I would probably return my build.prop to its original file

Can't wait for the first ROM's based on this
Oh how very exciting. I'm rooted but have been holding off on all the different CM builds because of the GPS issues. But this should be fulling functional, can't wait to see some roms popping up with this.

I guess you are hoping that this rom is perfect or that a root method will be found quickly? You won't be able to get off that rom until root/itsmagic is changed for the new bootloader...
Mine is downloading now too! About time!
I'm in the U.S. midwest and just received Acer update 7.006.03 which I'm downloading. Currently on 3.1 which works great. Don't know whether to update or not.

Will try to find out the download link for you.
Edit: can't find any URL in logcat, sorry.

After you Spaniards it the download file itself should be saved on your tab. Then u could upload it to megaupload or another site like that.

Spaniards? wow... can anybody say IGNORANT?
Good to know, I plugged mine in the whole night and didn't receive anything in the morning. I'll have to check that when I get back, it's just too heavy to always carry it with my laptop. (And after turn on the laptop, it's not gonna be too useful). I'm at California.
OK I'm downloading the update, will upload as soon as it finishes.
Just a question: I'm not rooted, can I still access the cache partition with a file manager or do I have to use ADB (and how)?

Search the forums, tons of information on how to flash with Odin. Quick rundown would be:
Download Odin
Run Odin
Plug in phone
Check PDA
Browse File
Click Flash

Not necessary, keep it MD5., it is an acceptable file type for Odin
I noticed on this build. In the menu where you hold down the power button the option to turn data on/off is missing. You can still power off, reset, airplane mode. The data option is missing. I kind of miss it. I found an app that does it with the pressing of an icon, but its just one more icon to clutter up the desktop.

From the lettering scheme (LD3) this looks to be the first release version of ICS pushed by Samsung.
Every other ICS build todate has been an LPx where the P denotes a prerelease. LD3 is a proper build from April 2012.

Aside from that, is there anything really noticable, any major (or minor even) fixes? Like bluetooth working properly or likewise? Or should i wait to reflash my phone till a 4.0.4 release?

NFI sorry, I haven't tried it
I have found the Samsung official ICS releases to be terrible and would stick to CM9. Hopefully Samsung will skip 4.0.4 and go straight to 4.0.5.

Sure. If you want to break your phone.
i727 has different SoC. Firmware for i9100 is not compatible with i727.

Full MM Firmware (not update) Zips on ASUS Site

Just checked the ASUS site and the full firmware files are now available for download. They have also made a downgrade firmware for anyone wishing to go back easily to L (seems to go back to the penultimate L firmware, which was .149 on my 550).

Anyone have SM-G975U1 beta ota.zip?

I was one of the ones that ended up with a bug that wasn't allowing me to register for the beta. I was wondering if anyone was able to save the ota so that others can update to it.
Or the U1 for S10. Thanks
Waiting for one as well but I'm afraid nobody is going to make them...
Seems Nobody wants to put Beta up for us to download for S10!!!!!

Xag and xaa are the same don't sweat it just be aware how you downgrade and make sure to check the md5 on those files for integrity. Remember if your not a official beta member your most likely not to receive any updates and you may have to hope you can flash back to pie without a hitch.

I meant to ask, where should I look for future update zip files for the U1 model of the phone. This is the first beta update.zip file. We'll get a second one very soon and I don't know where to look for one because I don't want to be stuck on the first beta.
On my old S9 it was fairly easy. It was the international version, finding zip files was as easy as opening XDA. For the U1 version... oh boy I gotta search everywhere literally.
