I had a tablet that came with cyanogenmod for ics 4.1.1 wich I hated. So I read online what to do and flashed it with ODIN so it would be stock rom 4.0.4 (sammobile) again. After I did this the tablet is not starting and it is stuck on the Samsung logo, I tried flsahing it tow more times but the same thing happens. What can I do???

Dear XDA Members
I have a Galaxy s4 GT-I9505 i had an old version of Omega Rom on my galaxy and everything was workin smooth. But i decided to flash a new rom and do a factory reset and delete all data then i flashed A modifyed stockrom with TWRP it was working fine until i restarted the phone and it stuck on the galaxy s4 Boot logo so i went to recovery and flashed it again with wipe/dalvik etc. I saw in TWRM the system was unmounted so i mounted it again. and flashed the same rom again. it was booting and after i was able to us the rom again until i restarted the phone and it stuck again
I then downloaded the Google stock rom for s4 and flashed it via TWRP after i could start the rom and could use it but when i restarted the phone it was stuck again on s4 boot logo. After dath i wiped and factory reseted many times and tried 3...4 other roms but i allways had the same problem.. i also tried an original stock rom via ODIN but this wont start at all. One thing i mentioned in TWRP under Mount it allways kiks out the System mount.
I tried to fix it for 8h now and cant find a way.. so i need Your help have you got any Idea what is wrong with my galaxy ?
thanks in afford
I recently installed Cyanogenmod 10.2 then wiped factory data and cahces the whole 9 and now when I restarted the rom it wont boot past the samsung logo I even tried restoring a nandroid backup of the original rom rooted and it still wont boot past the samsung logo, im unsure of what to do and its really frustrating any help would be much appreciated thank you
You should do the wipes before you flash the rom. You booted up without a system to boot to. Odin maybe your option at this point
Note 4 bootlooping and Samsung logo screen.
Phone is a Note 4,rooted, N190w8(Qualcomm). Used CWM rom manager to boot into recovery mode to do a Nandroid backup to prepare for flashing a custom rom. That caused the first bootloop. I tried to fix it by flashing the stock firmware and now my phone makes it to the Samsung logo and stops. Wondering if anyone has a solution to this problem. At this point I just want to have a working phone aha. thanks.
Does it boot on Galaxy Note screen and restarts in a flash? Can you boot in recovery mode ot it reboots before it ?
Could be rom file damaged or not fully downloded. You can try download different country rom and flash with odin. I'm sure it will work.:good:
So I've tried installing a custom lollipop rom for my Samsung Galaxy Note 3, the v23 of the Echoe rom. I followed the instructions, but at the end of the process I couldn't reboot, the phone stays in boot for 30 minutes (as longs as I could stand watching it) and showing the Galaxy Note 3 logo.
Thankfully I made a backup so I can get my old version back any time, but I would still like to flash this rom. Back then I could install echoe kit kat version without a problem and loved it.
So my process:
- I use TWRP recovery
- Boot into recovery, wipe cache, dalvik cache, system, data
- Install echoe rom downloaded here: echoerom.com/echoe-roms/n3-n9005/
- Reboot into system
- Samsung logo stays, nothing happens
I tried a lot of things, rebooting, recovering the earlier version, or only its EFS data, but to be honest I'm not an expert when it comes to troubleshooting a faulty flashing, I've done it a lot of times and never had a problem like this before. Ofcourse I've swept through the net, but couldn't find an answer (that would've worked).
I have an S4 i9505, never rooted or flashed any custom roms. Running the latest OS version from Samsung.
Phone was on the desk while I was working, suddenly it vibrated and turned off.
Now it's stuck in a boot loop, sometimes gets stuck on the Samsung logo.
Tried booting to recovery, worked on my 3rd attempt. Wiped cache, booted past the logo into the carrier logo and the SAMSUNG logo and then went back in the loop.
I have not installed any harfmul apps, I don't want to do a factory wipe yet because of precious data on the device.
Is there anything more I can try?
Download a stock ROM for your device from sammobile.com and install it using Odin. Since Odin doesn't wipe data when it installs, your data should be safe. With luck, the reinstall will correct your bootloop.
