P1000L gingerbread i have it

Sorry my inglish i have gingerbread unbranded in my galaxy tab P1000L with tv working . i like to share with us but i dont have the archive only working in my tab . help me with the software to rescue this rom from the tab

[Q] Recovery and Rom for Huawei U8800Pro

I have a Huawei U8800Pro bought in China and I would like to change the Rom because this is a chinese version, although I can change the language into english.
Well, the steps to follow are:
1.- Root
2.- Install a recovery
3.- Install new Rom
1. For the rooting I have red about the Super Boot. Is there any other specific system for U8800Pro to root it?
2. About the recovery, I have seen the Unofficial CWM Recovery 5.0.2.3, but I'm not sure if this is compatible with the U8800Pro or just the U8800.
3. And finally, about the new Rom, I see that the custom Roms are still developing and they are not completly compatible with Pro version, so I decided to install the official Overseas General version, instead the Chinese version that I have now. But I don't know where to get the Pro official Rom. I found the U8800 V100R001C00B136 (Overseas General version) 2011-05-17, but I'm afraid this is for the non Pro version.
Any help, please?

Well, really thank you for your answer. Then I think that I will continue with the original rom at the moment.
Does it brick with the rooting or installing the recovery as well?

For me it worked fine the rooting and installing CWM although i had ti use superoneclick to root it as CWM I used the process of replacing the original recovery.

First of all I'm a spanish user with u8800PRO (ideos X5 Movistar)
It's possible to be root user with SuperOneClick app, it's really easy.

Works perfectly.
At this moment there isn't any custom ROM, we are still waiting really exciting!! I hope 2.3 official update will be at November.

Muchas gracias. Si por lo que comentáis, no hay esos problemas de brick en el rooteado con SuperOneClick, ni con la instalación del recovery CWM, igual me animo. Aunque visto el riesgo de cambio de rom, me parece que eso quedará para más adelante.
Realmente no tenía intención de ponerle una custom, si no la Overseas General version, porque tengo la versión china (con inglés). Pero es que como parece que así se le ha brickeado a muchos compañeros..., pues me conformaré con ponerle un teclado en español y adaptarlo de alguna manera, a la espera de la versión 2.3 Overseas, cuando se confirme que no brickea los terminales.
Gracias también por el enlace al foro con el hilo sobre el u8800Pro. Me registraré y lo seguiré.

rom has a problem. 3g does not work with Entel Chile. Please help!!!!!
I have a U8800-51 and apply the rom....

Someone please separate the U8800 and U8800+ or pro or whatever forums. This is getting too confusing. And as far as i know the U8800+ FW bricks the U8800.

Try this, is my apn backup. (Entel Chile).
I created with ApnBackup. (From Market)
This file is located in /sdcard/ApnBackupRestore/

Remenber replace the __ and the spaces.

No me funcionó el apn. El rom que subieron funciona bien salvo por la conectividad 3G.

The problem is the BASEBAND
Hello, the problem for the Phones in CHILE is the Baseband, not the APN configuration.
Your baseband (and mine) is the N° 203026 (MSM7X30203026C00B628SP01_AMSS). That's the reason you only have 2G. You flash a ROM from another country with a radio frequency distinct. We don't have a copy of our ROM, yet.

Alguien me podria ayudar con el problema de que elimine el Pack de fondos animados y ahora no puedo instalar casi ninguno por que no aparecen.

No, no me anda el 3G, pero yo no lo uso nunca, así que no es problema para mi.
Otra cosa, el Swype les anda correctamente?, me refiero a si les predice las palabras y todo eso?

hi, i am also from chile and i am still using the stock rom, so i can connect to entel and movistar 3G and 2G without any problems. If you know how i can extract the base rom, i will gladly do it and upload it for you. please send PM with the explanation, as i dont keep bookmarks of all the forums and threads i post to.

I need the original froyo 2.2 u8800-51 from Entel Chile, for developing a rom.

so, anyone know if Nextel brings the U8820 that comes with Push To Talk (PTT) brings the 2.3?? to carry the baseband
