drowe, I tried VZW's site first, but it tells you to use the vzstart page, and when I go to the vzstart page, it does not give me the option to download Navigator. I believe it's because it does not recognize my phone as an XV6900 anymore. I dunno.
I finally figured out how to add addresses and look up businesses on the web and synchronize them to my Navigator's "Favorites". If anyone is interested here is the link: http://my.telenav.com

i installed that file but i dont see vznavigator on my phone
i cant uninstall the file
now its wasting my phone's storage

I don't really know if you were looking for the link that was provided to you or not, but if you were requesting a link for a "free" version, that is considered "warez" and it is strictly prohibited by forum rules (you cannot share, link to, or ask for warez in this site).

There is a forum that is all russian which hosts the cab 7z_v.9.20.cab on the following page: http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=69426 which requires registration to download attachments.
I tried for about 2 hours to register on that site using translation services but I am always stuck at the translation of the calculation captcha.
Can anyone upload the cab elsewhere or post it to xda developers please?

Make a cab from yourself with sktools or any other cab-maker, just download installer for winmobile at h__p://softlayer.dl.sourceforge.net/project/sevenzip/7-Zip/9.20/7z920-arm.exe

The 7-zip site has an *.exe download, but I wanted the *.cab version.
So far the only link I saw for the latest *.cab version was on the Russian forum, which I could not register for because I could not pass the Captcha on the registration page.
Anyone has a direct link to the latest *.cab ?

I'm on xda for a while now and noticed a lot of people having to upload their files to mediafire.com or other uploading sites, they work good but it's infested of advertising, so I figured I would share some love offering a hosting place for devs, I have a site called click-dev.com, which my goal is to bring the devs together in a small site.
If you are looking to host your files @ click-dev.com please send a PM, so I can setup a FTP account for you to upload large files.
But if you are uploading small files you can signup @ click-dev.com and head-up to the Downloads Section and upload your files...
When submitting the PM, include the following:
Folder name: ie: myROMfolderNAME
Owner username: YOURUSERNAME
What are you uploading: ROMs? Apks? Resources?
To preview the Download Section click here...

Sorry, fellow ze7zez has done a good job finding an alternative server but from the official thosiba "dynabook" page you can download your drivers without any problem.
The ones that give you an error in the download is simply because they are out of date, if you look further down the list you will see that there are other more modern versions and for those the link works perfectly. Lucky friend

I also suggest visiting the Toshiba website to download the necessary drivers for your Toshiba Satellite L650 and the specific version of Windows you are running.
