You can't run apps on eclipse....you can only create them and then run your created apps using an AVD....

You can push ur apk files and other files using eclipse into the avd using dbms.then open the file manager in the avd install it. For any help regarding creating apps just pm me.i am an app developer.

Wait bro i will show u a screen shot how to push apps to avd.let me open mine lap

see the red highlighted space. u can reach their by hitting the ddms button in eclipse. open file explorer as seen in screen shot. then click on any folder, then use the highlighted button to push your apk file to the avd.
in this way u can place your apk files in the avd.
but for installing it i think you need a file explorer. but its not aVAILable in it. there may be a work around for that option in avd or eclipse.
also as you mentioned your aim is to change the system ui apk,i think as usual you need to replace original one and set permissions like we did in root explorer. these things are littile bit over complicated upto my knowledge. because i dont do that.i usually create apps and install it directly from eclipse. also the file push open i uses for inserting mp3 files or text files in testing mp3 apps which we create.
good luck for your intrest for learning new things,pm me for any help in original app development.
eclipse isn't designed for rom making. Its for app making. Plz remember that you have different framework and system between the one in your device and the one in your emulator. Even if you could push it the possibility to succed is low.

One cannot simply teach theming using a single thread so pleez use the search function and refer many threads untilled u understand something ..
Then all u need to do is some trial and error using the things I've learnt and apply some commonsense ...

If I posted a several no. of threads, he would have been confused

app theming?
stock OS apps or the 3rd party apps?
3rd party apps have a unique signature so it's not a walk in the park modifying them,
it's a long and "learn-by-yourself" process,
there are guides and tips on how but the ultimate end is all up to your understanding

Nah, it's easy
Just modify your 3rd party app like stock one delete META-INF folder from it, zip it
Install this

Select input file, don't touch anything and click on sign, it's done

Try searching for RUJelus22 inverted apps. Those are what I use. Or, Google search "inverted apps," look for a site that says "Eclipse." He makes good inverted apps, with keyboard too, I think.

That's because the same app has been installed. You have to manually copy the latinime.apk or keyboard.apk to system/app manually. (or just.. flash the zip?)
have no zip its apk but does not work also...

That's because you already have a keyboard app there. Rename currently installed apk (or just move it somewhere else), and move the inverted keyboard into system/app (Or try to install normally). Should work now.
i give it up i though it would be much easyer to install a black keybard...
