Hi guys!!
I use the stock jvb but, ave two problems:
1. The browser has a bug in the kinetic scrolling, is not continuous but stops after a while
2. The application menu has a laggy pinch zoom out
There is some way I can solve these two problems? At least the first which is very annoying.
Thanks!
Factory reset .
Or dont use a beta rom .

I don't think that is a bug in the browser, but a feature. It allows the web page to load each section before you view it. The froyo browser would stutter when scrolling down a web page fast. I actually prefer the latest browser.
been using the stock browser but from previous experience its not the best.
currently trying opera (full version), which seems to be quite snappy, and I have noticed that typing lag is almost non existent.....this was very noticeable the stock browser.
personally I really like boat browser on my vibrant, but not available for tablets of yet.
dolphin browser
Opera browser mobile, is by far the best browser at the moment, although using for any text imput can be frustrating especially in pages like facebook due to the tap inside and out of the box issue, however I do like the stock browser apart from the typing lag which for some reason varies day to day. I am using the stock brower to write this and the lag is only slight this morning
I to use the stock browser, it seems pretty stable to me and pinch to zoom is very smooth.
Since i have exchanged my transformer i havent had any force closes with the stock browser yet.Admittedly i have only been using it for under 24 hours but it appears a lot more stable for some reason. I have the same apps installed so i have ruled out that an app was causing the stability issues. Iwill keep testing over the next few days but as of now iam happy with the performance apart from the standard keyboard lag.

I use Firefox as I'm a diehard Mozilla supporter. I like it more than the stock browser, but that's just me. And no I'm not a fanboy that thinks everyone should use Firefox I just prefer it over all other choices.
Stock browser for now.
I've been using Opera Mobile lately. It's nice and fast, though I prefer the layout on the stock browser. The stock browser is buttery-smooth most of the time, but chugs out occasionally. Opera, while not quite as smooth, is always constant. I've never seen it slow down.
I briefly tried Firefox and promptly removed it. It was the laggiest browsing experience I've encountered on my Transformer. I don't understand how they can make something so simple run so poorly.
My browser of choice is opera mobile. Aside from a few small annoyances I think it really blows the stock browser away except for the quick controls which are nice

Opera mini for most sites. Dolphin for desktop versions of sites. Stock for Facebook. xda works by far the best on opera mini. flash is broken on any browser still (google/asus fault) really hoping that is fixed soon.
I like to use stock browser, it is fast and the interface looks the best me, but it always crash (without any error prompt) keeping me to stay away from it. For now I use dolphin for stability.
Been using Dolphin Browser HD for a while now. Better than the stock browser which kept FC'ing on me. Havn't tried Opera yet, maybe I'll give it a go tonight.
I liked the stock one, but decided to try new ones to get rid of some lag.
I didn't like Dolphin neither Miren.
I thought Opera was great, but tehe textbox input is horrible . This is the third time I am writing the answer to this post , and I hate loosing typed text. I am googling to see if I can get rid of this textbox or else unistalling opera.
Regards.
Opera Mobile - almost perfect but strange tabs (if you can get used to it it should be perfect).
Dolphin Browser - great, but has severe issues with opening links in new tabs (and opening links in general).
Stock browser - not that bad either.
Try Maxaton Browser. It's designed specifically for 10-inch tablets. It also doesn't default to mobile sites.
Dolphin HD is good too, because there is a desktop mode setting. I don't need mobile sites on my "tab-uter"

Plus 1 for the above he is bang on.
I use opera for daily usage, but maxthon is nice too.
I mainly use the stock browser because it has the best keyboard shortcut support. I also use Dolphin HD because it has LastPass integration and the second-best keyboard support.
I keep Firefox around for when things don't work with those two, but it doesn't seem to support any keyboard shortcuts, which is strange. Opera and Maxaton, ditto, but not strange.
I wish a Desktop port for Firefox would come... But Opera has ZERO keyboard lag, vs all of the other browsers.
Opera also has a stupid tab browser, and text box issues.
Hell, a Chrome port would be amazing too! I want my addons/extensions! NOW!
Does your Stock Browser never crash, my stock browser crashes all the time.
Anyone here experiencing lags with Google's Chrome browser for android?t with the new update its even worse
The scrolling is stuttering so bad . why no stock Browser on Nexus 4??????????
Why dam Google Developers cant fix Google Chrome lag
Try http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1999303 if you can
There is no solution. Chrome is a **** browser even on the desktop. It lags and freezes on every website if you have a big monitor like 2560x1440 and above. It's a joke next to IE10's scrolling performance.
Either install and use the stock browser or a smoother browser engine like Opera's.
I was so glad when they put the man in charge of android chrome in charge of the whole android OS... Project Stutter
I have flashplayer installed and it works in Dolphin but not stock browser. I read another poster claim it does work but didn't explain if therenis some setting or procedure to get it to work in stock browser which is MUCH faster than Dolphin.

Can't comment on the stock browser but flash works on Firefox till now.
Plus Firefox is better than Dolphin browser, imo.
The Samsung stock browser doesn't work with flash, however, Google's AOSP stock browser does, if you are not rooted you'll have to try the process described here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2385933
If you are rooted to can try out this app from the market:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.mkrtchyan.aospinstaller&hl=en
I'm not rooted yet however flash player works fine in a dolphin browser and in Firefox so I'll just stick with those. I do like the stock browser because it seems to be the fastest however it appears that the note 3 cannot install the series of apps you mention

Flash Player doesn't work in Stock browser because Stock browser is Chrome in a different skin, and Chrome does not support plugins of any kind. And thus Stock browser does not support plugins, either.

From Chrome to Stock? I honestly have no idea, I've gone with Firefox from day 1. Someone else can probably answer this.
I'm on Verizon so no Samsung Internet for me.
I don't really like Chrome (doesn't seem smooth)
What do you recommend?
What's fast, smooth, stable, and easy on battery/resources?
I use chrome, only because I used to use safari. Considering there's no safari on android, chrome offers seamless integration between my mac and S7 Edge.
I'd stick away from Firefox personally, only because of security problems with the browser.

try Chrome Beta - I've always found it less choppy.

I'm on Verizon too, Samsung says they are still working on it but eventually we'll be able to download the Samsung browser from the play store.
I use Chrome Beta as well, I have for a couple years now. I haven't had any problems that I've noticed and I'm quite pleased with the browsing experience on it
Samsung browser with adblock fast. Faster than my desktop PC

In vellamo, the stock one has better score
But i think there's no significance different between the stock one and chrome
crashes....
Chrome (the native one for t mob s7e) CONSTANTLY was crashing....
I moved onto chrome dev...then beta.. all crashed...
So now i switch between adblock browser, and using NO ROOT adblock through fast adblock on the samsung browser... (for anyone that doesnt know, there is a secret menu to turn on adbloxking)
Chrome has become bloated and slow, I use the Samsung browser because is fast and it also supports ad blockers now.
Even if it is not included, can't you just go to apkmirror and download and install it ?
Firefox beta with adblock, smooth and stable so far :good:

I agree. Tried the others, but always come back to Firefox with adblocking.

Seems pretty fast, too bad you cant open tabs in the background, that's kinda dumb.
I use opera browser, mainly because it has a toolbar at the bottom.

Don't know how you are crashing all the builds of chrome.. But i've always been stuck on Stable Chrome and never seen a crash on Android builds.
Next Browser is beautiful and intuitive, Butterfly is the fastest there is.
I use chrome but it's getting worse and worse and worse. Not sure what google is doing but their apps are just regressing
Opera is a good altrnative, going well here

I guess most people didn't read the OP. I don't want Chrome and can't get Samsung browser
Question. Samsung browser every darn time i open a google drive link. It doesnt download. Just ask me to open it from my account. I jave tried everything and cant download the files. Anyone know how to disable this?
UC browser is a ton smoother and faster then Chrome for me, built in adblocker, built in flash player, just have to disable a few things in its settings as it has some Facebook and other integration it puts into notifications window.
After that, it's really awesome. Completely themable too, and can turn every web site into a black OLED friendly version if you have a play with the theme settings
