Be careful in ebay with low priced cards. Chances are more that they are not genuine.

I think any phone that supports sdhc cards will accept the 32gb. So your atrix should be fine

i think you would have to go with a GSM model, this is a CDMA model and will only work on verizons network for now. the GSM model can still be found cheap on amazon.
