I've been trying to Download the Touch Recovery for my rooted/unlocked N7 so I can load rom. However , I'm having a little brain fart. When I click the download version of the Recovery I want... a bunch of text/macros comes up .
( See picture)
Am I missing something here? Is there a specific way to save the file to my Nexus ? Or is the file corrupt?

Check out this thread. It should walk you through the Recovery flashing process pretty well.

have tried flashing mrom thru cwm always says bad file or something like that at the point of unpacking.
am i missing something?

Try to reload the file. I wonder whether you do a factory reset before applying the ROM? I hope you don't unzip it?
Try redownloaing the file; it may have been corrupt.

Did you check the downloaded file against its MD5?
Personally, if I'm going to change the very core of my phone, I'd at least like to know it downloaded properly before I mess everything up.
erm how do i check the downloaded file against its MD5?

Had a weird issue with my phone and had to do a complete wipe. One thing I didnt save was the steps to remove the stock camera and use the CM one and file to edit so it doesnt come back after a dirty flash. Thanks in advance.

Another easier way I just found was deleting this file:
/system/addon.d/73-gapps-mako.sh
Thanks though
This part can be ignored
I don't know what I did to my Zenny but now it has a corrupted boot.img,system.img and cannot be entered in recovery or fastboot. More, instead of showing the dead USB icon when I connect it with PC/Charger, it shows a red square that almost covers the screen. I cannot remember what I was doing last time. May be I just thought of making a new Zenny out of Zenny without a proper preparation.

Normal developers (who'll ask me to flash with xfstk or who does know a little but thinks, he knows the best must stay away.

I guess you saw the stock recovery. Then, when you are in Odin, unckeck Auto-reboot option and then flash the TWRP and reboot to recovery with buttons combination.
Nope, it look like this
Could you please tell me why?

Oh, ehm. Ok. It isn't a problem of TWRP, it's like it's a tablet issue.
