Problem with Gmail :(

hi guys i rooted my x8 and i deleted Gmail and mail apps and now i can't download Apps from the andromarket.I downloaded gmail app / apk. file but when i try to install it it sas : there is a problem parsing the package can someone help me about it thanks. i tried to set the app to sell/system/app but i cant copy it there :/
NVM can someone give me a link or somethn with gmail 1.3 version plz :/

[Q] any way to think the market i am in the US please ?? is market access compatible?

as the iconia dont use sim card.. how it determine our country ? is it from the rom ??
anyhow to make the market think i am in us ??
the market in my country sucks
many items show 'requested item can not be found'
other item will say ' you can not intall this in your country'
please please .. tell me ..

I have 2 VPN's here at home one to the USA and one to the UK. If i switch the traffic to one or the other i get the market of the respective country. So you can either run a vpn client on your tablet or at the router level (openwrt based for example) and route the traffic with an appropriate VPN provider.

so there is no other way than vpn ??
so .. this mean the market recognized country from the isp, not from the rom.. right?

yes, i believe so. With a phone/3g model tablet, it will use the MCC and MNC codes of your telco provider to decide where you are and as you move countries that changes so you'll get the market of that country. For the wifi model it will use the ISP to decide your location. Market enabler just faked the MCC and MNC codes to make it appear that you're in another country.

i already fake to t-mobile(us)
but the market is still of my country
any specific way ?

Try to clear market data and cache et run it again. should work.

I get screwed because they think I'm Mexican. I'm American. Big difference. I don't use pesos. Just because I can read the Spanish doesn't mean I'm gonna buy a damn thing until they fix my market.

so after clearing the data and cache...
the market change
but only the currency is changed to USD
i still cant download those apps
it said 'the application can not be installed in your country'
why is this?? is it a rom problem??
i can download every free app in my htc desire even if i dont use market enabler
this is very annoying

I have the same probs..
Last day before i tried to root my iconia a500,I still can download from the market and everything running well.. but after i tried to root and make ad-hoc connection when i connect to the market and download some app, i got notice "the application can not be installed in your country"
it`s something wrong with the wpa_supplicant(i used to root),internet connection,or google account ??
thx before..

Since its not your fault and you want to pay for apps, I say just download the 4shared app and search "Apk " ;-) you'll find a market that works

yeah can do this for paid apps, not for the free apps.. like file manager HD ,
i cant understand google, wht they dont allow people to buy their apps?

i already connected to my pc and already click the tethering and enable the samsung network
but when i goes to chrome browser it say cannot connect to network
my signal very good and my sim have lot of load
what should i do pls help me....

Reinstall or redo whatever procedure u did when u first installed the teathering software on ur phone
Remember I think that software asks u to do some things with both ur phone and ur PC
do them all again
Uninstall the software on both PC and phone and redo the procedure ...

When im using stock rom im able/can connect and browser to internet and download anything but when i change my stock Rom to JellyBlast V3 I can't anymore browser to the internet even in stock browser in my laptop. I did'nt install tethering softwate it is together in my system application. pls someone help me because to go back to stock ROM....

Try downloading usb tether app from play store and maybe it will help you !!

my phone(samsung gt s5360) have already link2sd and my sd card have 2nd partition but when i install application like facebook
it reduce my internal memory from 92.05mb to 85mb....when i check the application that save in internal memory no application has SAVED..
i taught when i use link2sd and have partition it will not reduce my internal memory pls.....help me
i want to install of many application......

Can i change default download app?

I having issue with the download app , everytime i tried to download something , in the app it show "queue" and didnt do anything , after ~10mins , it show "download unssucessful"
Can i change it to other download app such as Adm?

Yeah , you can use adm , adm pro or uc browser ( it's bad browser , but good at downloading )
What is your android version ?

Im using custom rom android 7.1.2
The problem is i want to use some alternate apps for fb and twitter but all of them using default download app to download and they cant dl anything

You need to have a Xposed to change your default download manager to something else like ADM. I can't remember the name of the module.. you need to search it. Install it and reboot and now all the files will download it from ADM.
