I do not think so.
The specs you linked are not for 3113, but for 3110, and even then it looks like a version for the Russian market - it says it has a GLONASS gps, and here is what GLONASS is:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GLONASS
Now, as far as 3113 US version goes - after searching for months for any info on how to make 3113 output hdmi I could not find a single post about success - there is no adapter cable, there is no any official promise for an adapter cable, cables from tab 1 and tab plus do not work; and recently somebody mentioned that any mentioning of hdmi was removed from the latest version of the product manual on the Samsung web site.
The tablet has been out for a few months, one would expect that all existing features would have worked by now.

Edit:
So it seems the consensus is that this will probably not have HDMI out (through a cable)
But obviously it can stream it's video over wifi (or bluetooth?)
So I want to know if anyone knows of a cheap solution. Like using Apple TV or Nexus Q (But MUCH cheaper)
Also, would wifi streaming, say Netflix, AND wifi streaming to the TV destroy the streaming quality of Netflix?
Let's figure this out!
So I don't think this has an HDMI port (Maybe micro to Hdmi?)
But does anyone know cheap wifi HDMI out solutions? Like Apple TV, but CHEAP.
This is one thing worrying me about this tablet. ($300 for the Q is horrible)

It supports MHL, so all you need is a $15 adapter to connect to hdmi

Can you provide a link as to where it says it supports MHL? I haven't been able to find anything about this.

Sadly no, but if you watch the keynote you can see them using it on stage to display the screen
picked up a Samsung one for my phone from a local pc retail store last week... $45 Canadian. Had other models around $15.

Sweeeet, still have an mHL from my last phone! Thank you

The one used on stage may have been one of those with that mysterious 3rd port that we won't have.
It's a great tablet, still planning to get one, but they probably left it out the spec for a reason.

That's may not the same model that's shipping though. We may not get this feature on the consumer version.
Check out around the 9:00 mark of the keynote. Whether it makes it to production is to be seen but obviously they are putting video out.. also on the Google Play Store under tech specs they don't mention the Galaxy Nexus has MHL.. but it does
Once MHL is confirmed I'll probably have to order up another Nexus 7 to use as a media server. I'd just mount it to my stereo cabinet and run it through my receiver. Too bad the HP Touchpad never had MHL support, it'd give new life to my soon to be retired device.
The Q would upset and confuse anyone who didn't already know what it was if they saw it in my living room. I'm not very impressed with the amplifier on it either.
Yeah If they confirm MHL I'm in. It does look like they had special versons with hdmi though. I'd be saddened to learn that I can't hook it to a tv. It was a deffinate buy for me before but without hdmi I'm out.

I don't think there's been a consensus either way as to whether or not this will have HDMI out via MHL. THAT is what we need to figure out.

So prbly no HDMI, and if it has MHL we won't know until it comes out. So we may as well prepare for it not having MHL.
If it has it, well then this thread could be useful for a different device.
If it doesn't, then this thread is important
Either way. This will help people feel better about their purchase if they know there is an HDMI alternative.
I agree. I hope there is MHL but if there is another HDMI alternative I'm all ears.

Actually I re-watched the videos, and the only cord they are using is plugged into the Micro USB SO:
A) There is MHL (at least on the display, but why not all of them?)
B) They were just keeping it charged while they streamed the video through the Nexus Q (more likely)
If only we could ask someone that just got one free at the event!
Edit: Just tweeted to Aaron Baker of PhoneDog.com who received a free Nexus 7 at the I/O to let us know in his full review if it has MHL/HDMI and Tablet support. We will see what happens.
Engadget has posted their review and says that you can use an MHL adapter. Can we take this as gospel? Hmmm...

Update: We received some bogus information on the MHL. We've now confirmed that the Nexus 7 does not support MHL, meaning there's no way to connect this over HDMI to get video output.
Hi
I'm guessing the answer is no, but is there a way of connecting the N7 to HDMI? Maybe using an OTG cable. I've searched, but couldn't find anything, so as I said, I suspect the answer is no.
Am aware of the HTC MediaLinkHD method, but was just wondering if there was a more direct route.
Thanks!
Otg is not possible. The device you use from micro usb is called an mhl adapter but I'm afraid the n7 will not work with an mhl cable

I know it doesn't, but BLOODY WHY?
Google have done this on purpose !
The only hope is Miracast.
The N7 has not been officially certified yet but Nvidia are signed up to it so its only a matter of time before it is.
You will have to buy a dongle for your TV or if you have a new TV it might get Miracast certification itself
Then the next step is a software update to enable the functionality

Anyone get the HDMI out to work on the Galaxy S4? I have my Samsung branded MHL to HDMI cable, and I am unable to get HDMI output working... any ideas?
I just tired it a second ago, im having the same issue, at least you know your not alone <3
I was only able to get it to work on my Infuse4G... but have traded it in for my S4, they said it would work... may that is my out to get another one? Maybe one with MDL? can someone confirm if it works or not on MDL?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using xda premium
Yes it works perfectly on both MDL & again on custom version of MF3. I'm using the new Samsung MHL 2.0 cable, which works without needing to be plugged into a power source. There are quite a few comments about people getting fakes out there. The most common way to test for the 2.0 version is if it works without having to use a power source and your TV running at 1080p 60hz.
MHL to MHL 2.0 adapter
I bought this on ebay [HDMI MHL Adapter Tip for Samsung Galaxy Notes 2 S4 S3 (Micro USB 5 to 11 Pin)]. Using it, I can use the MHL adapter that I used with my S2 with no problems. It needs USB power, but it works fine.
For those that are having problems and are on aosp roms, these adaptors only work on stock and Stock-based roms
Yeah, mine is a stock adapter (reqs power, originally came with my Samsung Infuse4G) and I am on a stock rom but no joy. I will order a new v2 model and see if it works then...
Thanks guys.

I also have the Infuse4G adapter. If anyone know of a way to make that work, it would be great.
I read that the S4 should be backwards compatible with standard adapters that use the addtl power source. I'm not sure if the Infuse4G one would qualify as "standard".
Thanks!

Hey guys,
I'm a golf instructor and would like to use my G2 and V1 app until I get the proper equipment. Is there a way to mirror out to an HDTV? MHL, Slimport ect? Thanks a lot for any answers.
If tv has miracast and network should be issue,
read mixed reports about hdmi out, maybe someone can check that
You can always use Google Chromecast...
Yes. The box says it supports miracast. I'm sure it's also mhl compatible. I'll know more when my phone gets here this afternoon

In January, I would bring an action against Samsung Europe.
Samsung told me that has never released an update because the device works well and has no bug.
Someone can someone tell me if the TAB GT-P6800 has any bug. It's very important to start with any action....
If I wrong section, please move this topic.
1. Exynos exploit
2. Superbrick (aka "brickbug"). There is a troll user that will tell you this is just false, but many a good elite recognised developer will tell otherwise. I have seen the JB kernel patch and JB code changes signed off by Samsung Engineers. So if you have ICS, you're at risk.
There are apps available at XDA and Google Play to check if your device is at risk for both.
I won't bother with links, you can Google the info yourself
Best of luck

I have self update to 4.0.4 but Samsung answered that TAB 7.7 is up to ICS because the device is ok and work fine. This is false because all device get at least an update.

I doubt they will bother wasting time on our device when they have almost dropped it from the line up as a new device.
Im in hong kong now and go to official samsung store all they sell is the 10.1 tab 3 and 8.0 tab 3 and 7.0 tab 3 plus a kids version.
they have a few tab 2 still.i havent seen the older style tabs like 8.9,7.7 in the shop.also cant see any tab with a 30 pin connector.
im hoping they make a new tab with good screen like our device, maybe the next gen of tabs...hopefully they have USB 3.0 aswell
so we can charge and usb host at same time easier like the note 3.
i dont know why they still sell the s2 phone everyhwere here and will continue to develope software but not support us top paying customers
that forked out big dollars for a 7.7 tab years ago.i could buy a new tab now for half of what my 7.7 cost when it was first released.
