There's a bug currently. Power it off, plug it into your computer with usb, boot into fast boot then enter recovery.

Or you could reboot into recovery with cwm or quick boot

Download quick boot - lets you soft boot into recovery. Yeah it's a paid up but it helps minimize button wear if you are a flashaholic.

I had a similar issue like yours earlier.. I had to pop the back off my nexus and disconnect the battery. I rebooted into recovery and fixed the problem there by using the all in one tool kit through my pc.
I had the same exact issue less than a week ago....all I had to do was hold all 3 buttons (power, volume up and down) till screen goes blank...then quickly let go and hold those same 3 buttons down and poof...your back in fast boot mode....there you can flash back to the Google stock IMG....it worked for me after hours of trying to figure out how to get off that Google screen....lemme know how it works for ya.

already done it but im still at somesort of stock recovery what should i do next?
When you say stock recovery do you mean the bootloader, if so toggle the vol button until it says recovery then hit the power button, hopefully Twrp will boot, if not try one of the tools in the dev,s section to do a full stock recovery from your pc

Boot into twrp

Hey guys
My question is how can I boot into recovery without factory reset.???
Because when.I do the button combo power and vol down to enter,
It shows push 3 times power to factory reset and enter then recovery....
I am afraid of pushing 3 tomes power to enter recovery because of the note factory reset....
Are there any other possibilities to enter recovery,.????

Twrp and rom manager apps both have a boot to recovery feature. There are other quick boot apps as well

Download power toggles, in there is a power button that allows you to enter recovey and bootloader

Don't worry, it doesn't wipe anything or do an actual factory reset. I think TWRP did something to bypass that because you'll find that after the 2nd press of the power button, you go straight to recovery without losing anything. As another option, similar to a post above, you can also install this from the Play Store and it will give you an option to boot directly to recovery: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.siriusapplications.quickboot&hl=en

CWM Hardware Buttons on Boot

I can access CWM through the Rebooter app but cannot access it via the Vol Pwr+ combo on boot. I have probably tried 50 times. The phone ends up turning off every time. Is it possible that CWM did not install correctly? Should I flash the zip version of CWM to see if this fixes the problem? Any other suggestions? Thanks!

So what combo did you use? Pwr+vol down, on lg splash screen release and press again those, and in the reset screen press power twice. It'll boot into recovery instead of reseting.

Thanks that worked...I was using vol + not vol- .

You will need to stay in fastboot mode, then download the nexus toolkit, and it will download the stock firmware and install it for you. I've had my tablet in your situation plenty of times and using the toolkit has got me out every time

Press the power and volume down buttons at the same time to get to the bootloader and fastboot.
