Hello, my problem is, after install ROM for this tread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1753243
the Wi-Fi does not work, i have stock Kernel with CWM and Root and the boot loader is locked.
try installing the modules for DM Lord's with CWM, but still does not work
pd. sorry for my english.
You must use stock wifi modules since you didn't flash any custom kernels. Probably the ROM has a preincluded wifi module and has overwritten the stock one upon installation.
You could ask from the thread directly for the stock wifi modules. I don't have that at the moment sorry

I have flashed stock MF4 and its ran great, however I installed Wanamlites newest rom which is based on MF4 and then reflashed the stock MF4 kernel, after I did this I got no wifi. I then flashed the MF4 wifi fix, I still have no wifi. I'm at odds on how to fix this, as I dont want to use a custom kernel I want to use stock, but I want to use a custom rom, any info or help would be really appreciated.
Hello
In orginal touchwiss rom there is a service mode menu witch you can access to turn on and of HD voice and do some other stuff...
The only custom rom with this menu is Omega 4.3 rom.
I am wondering if there is a way to sideload or install this service mode into other custom roms. I have tried every custom (expect Omega, who has it) to see if they have this menu but no... This means that the only rom I use is Omega, and Omega is a really good rom! But that said, it is a lot of sweet custom roms here on XDA, but I need a way to get this menu on them som I can use all.
Can I sideload it?
Is there an install file?
Please help

If i remember rightly the service menu didn't work for all people sometimes you also need to flash a second zip to restore the menu function
by Talexop whos kernel it was. have not used Omega rom since v16 however so cannot tell if this is still the case.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=47479972&postcount=16042
So you might be able to PM Talexop depending on which kernel you are using now.

hello take a while xda forum and the truth is that it has helped me a lot earlier with S IV and now with the note IV .
I have a problem and that the note 4 are no longer suits me as before, lag, some applications crash ... .
I got installed a custom kernel and custom rom i would like to know if it's possible to go back to official kernel and official rom.
I know how to do to roll back to official rom but with the kernel i search a bit and dind't found the kernel.
I know that 's a tall order but appreciate it if someone could lend a hand and tell me I have to do.
Thanks in advance and follow so that this community helps a lot to people who are not expert in android.
Are you sure that flashing official firmware is the right decision? Loosing root and all the good things that come with it?
Lags and all that sh^@+ happens.. but I'll tell you somenting: it happens even more with official firmwares..
What I suggest you is to flash another custom rom (one of the latest) and see how it goes.
Anyway, answering to your question about the kernel: flashing an official rom you'll flash the official kernel too.

Here is The Link of Pure Samsung Base Lollipop For SM-N910F But Remember to Update Bootloader & Modem According To ROM....
Above link Also Have Deodexed Rom(All things are Stock just Deodexed To work with Xposed & Selinux Status)
To Change the Selinux Status Use SELinux Mode Changer...
If you are Changing Selinux Status For Viper4Android Here You go Official ViPER4Android Audio Effects...
If you are on TW than Viper4Android on stock kernel
Regards your Headphone Volume you can Give A try To Poweramp Music Player if you Don't want To go Through all this Stuff...
You Can also try AOSP Roms Like Official Cm12.1 for 910F and 910G Even in Nightlies it's Stable Enough To Perform As Daily Driver (Xposed ,V4Android all will work)...

many thanks bro i flashed a deodexed rom coz i tryed in the past busybox and worked
I have problems with kernels on custom roms, so i flashed stock kernel image, but now wifi doesnt work, what do i need to do to make wifi work?
Here it is nearly midway through 2018...
I'm wondering a few things re custom kernels and the OOS 3.6.1 stock rom for the OP2.
1. Is there such a thing?
2. Does flashing a custom kernel (if one exists) for stock rom going to prevent voLTE and wifi calling from working on my TMobile provider?
Thanks for any help on this.

1. Sure, boeffla kernel with right settings is best for stock oos.
2. No idea, try it and report back (if you make a backup before, you can just restore it if it doesn't work)
